My name is Moldovan Marius, and I have an account on Boomerang-Casino, I tried to receive a payment 5 week's now, I tried 5 times to make it and every time the casino does not give me my money, they say technical issues occur. What can I do to get my money?

I tried 5 time's to get in touch with them, i tried all the way's possible, on email, on they chat, I have all the screen shot's they simple don't want to give me my money.

Down you can see a part of the screen shot that I was taken. I have more of them with me try to receive my payment.

In this case, we kindly ask you to make a withdrawal using an alternative method, which is available to you in the "Withdrawals" tab.

This does not work, because you don't accept to send money to alternative method. Down you can see i tried another method and has been refuzed.

It's not that we don't want to. We are very sorry that you have this opinion about our casino. In order to make a withdrawal using the new method, you will need to make a minimum deposit using this method. As we can see, you have not yet made a deposit using the Skrill method available to you, so you will receive an email from the casino, where we will ask you to provide all the banking details of your account to make the payment manually.

I confirm that I recived total amount asked in this debate. Tank's and hope for other player's in the future to procide like this without needing to start a complain here on this platform.
