Payouts taking longer every time

I have been playing at big spin for 2 years i have lost and I have won. Nothing major but a few hundred here and there. My account is Verified and everything on my end is legit. I have used bonuses and studied the rules back and forth I have been betting the same bet for 2 years never changes. Seems the last few bitcoin withdrawals are taking longer each time. They say 2 business days to approve and 1 to send. So let's give an example from this week. I put a request to withdrawal 550.00 on Wednesday morning at 7am. Knowing that the 2 business days I would know if approve before the weekend. Friday morning I contacted chat. They had Wed and Thursday. I was told they are backlogged and it would be processed today. Friday night comes. Nothing i contact chat they tell me Monday because I need to wait 2 business days. I explained that it has been 3 and they said no Wednesday doesn't count because that's when you requested so the second business day is today they said yes but the day ends at midnight and due to the weekend I will get on Monday. It's just very frustrating not being able to get a straight answer from anyone. O have a feeling i am not getting this money but we will see I will update. Just to add 9 months ago a withdrawal was approved and processed on a Saturday evening go figure. I told them that they said I was lying. Sent screenshots said they would review never got back to me. Everything about the casino is good except when They have to give money. They can review my account all day I'm by the book. Just think they are stalling

Refusing to return my own deposit

I signed up a Big Spin Casino and made $300 in deposits. I lost $100 and requested a cashout of $200 losing $100. My account is verified. But my withdrawal as declined. I inquired about it and was told I didn't have any documents on file. After I told them I did and my account was verified. Then they started to give me the runaround and make up more excuses. I am COVID-19 positive and confined to the house. I just want my deposits back and my account closed. I have read bad things about this casino as having a habit of slow to non pay. I am not asking for any winnings as I have none. I just want my deposits back and to move on away for this matter.

Weekend bonus is good. The 400% bonus is separate from the $100.00 deposit required. There is no 30x rollover like the 400% bonus. They are the only casino that does that.

I have found the withdrawal process to be difficult and dragged out. I submitted a withdrawal two days ago to be sent to my Bitcoin wallet and am still waiting for a response. Being a business owner for 35 years I can tell you that it's not the way to conduct business.
