Payouts taking longer every time

I have been playing at big spin for 2 years i have lost and I have won. Nothing major but a few hundred here and there. My account is Verified and everything on my end is legit. I have used bonuses and studied the rules back and forth I have been betting the same bet for 2 years never changes. Seems the last few bitcoin withdrawals are taking longer each time. They say 2 business days to approve and 1 to send. So let's give an example from this week. I put a request to withdrawal 550.00 on Wednesday morning at 7am. Knowing that the 2 business days I would know if approve before the weekend. Friday morning I contacted chat. They had Wed and Thursday. I was told they are backlogged and it would be processed today. Friday night comes. Nothing i contact chat they tell me Monday because I need to wait 2 business days. I explained that it has been 3 and they said no Wednesday doesn't count because that's when you requested so the second business day is today they said yes but the day ends at midnight and due to the weekend I will get on Monday. It's just very frustrating not being able to get a straight answer from anyone. O have a feeling i am not getting this money but we will see I will update. Just to add 9 months ago a withdrawal was approved and processed on a Saturday evening go figure. I told them that they said I was lying. Sent screenshots said they would review never got back to me. Everything about the casino is good except when They have to give money. They can review my account all day I'm by the book. Just think they are stalling

Hi all,

After a few email exchanges with the PO's department at BigSpinCasino, they have confirmed to us that the payment was indeed requested on a Wednesday and authorized to be paid on Monday the 12th after the two business day time frame stablished by the brand.

It was also stated to me that Mr. Scooby449 followed up on the situation via chat where he was informed about the payout status.

Nonetheless, I was promised by Management that a representative from the payouts department would contact Mr.Scooby449 over the phone to give him a thorough explanation on payout time frames and other details.
