It is a complete scam. I was offered a $99 free chip, with 60x play through requirements. I met all requirements and attempted to cash out my $100 winnings (the maximum amount allowed from the free chip). After waiting for two days my account was granted a special "Operator Bonus" of $64.40, which prevented me from withdrawing any amount, including my original $100 withdrawal (which was cancelled). When I contacted support, they kept non-intelligently telling me that I lost the first bonus, and that I now had to play through the second bonus. I should never have had a second "operator bonus" (an obvious attempt to cancel my withdrawal), and I never lost, considering that I still had $100 in my account off of the original $99 free chip. Support kept repeating "you lost" and that was it, then they disconnected me. It is a scam.
