Unpublished free spin being enforced
I fully Read all the terms and conditions related to free spin bonus. I won 11, played thru 717 play through requirement was not published though, and per the terms and conditions the max cash out was 100. I had won over 1000 but saw the max was 100 in their terms. I asked an agent what to do via text and was told to forfeit the bonus and it would release the money for cash out. I was given 25. Nowhere in any terms does it say 25, it is published as 100. I chatted with a different rep and was told their terms had changed but the site hadn’t been updated yet. I told him politely, in all fairness that wasn’t my problem and they should honor their posted rules. I am including the top of their terms and conditions with the date they posted it, the response of the agent and my account showing I went from over 1000 to 25. And I was told I’d have to try and work that 25 up into an amount over 100 to cash out. They then said they’d put a bonus in my account for my trouble. They put in 20 with a 1,200 play through. I don’t think they have any intention of honoring their posted terms and conditions.
