Bitcoin Deposit not credited to my account twice

I made two different bitcoin deposits. One was on 6/7 for $38 and the other was on 6/3 for$55. Both amounts were not credited. I contacted customer service and I provided the bitcoin address and blockchain receipt numbers too. I get no response back after they say they will investigate. Transactions show there are no credits to my account for these amounts on these days. I would appreciate it if the funds be added to my account.

Unpublished free spin being enforced

I fully Read all the terms and conditions related to free spin bonus. I won 11, played thru 717 play through requirement was not published though, and per the terms and conditions the max cash out was 100. I had won over 1000 but saw the max was 100 in their terms. I asked an agent what to do via text and was told to forfeit the bonus and it would release the money for cash out. I was given 25. Nowhere in any terms does it say 25, it is published as 100. I chatted with a different rep and was told their terms had changed but the site hadn’t been updated yet. I told him politely, in all fairness that wasn’t my problem and they should honor their posted rules. I am including the top of their terms and conditions with the date they posted it, the response of the agent and my account showing I went from over 1000 to 25. And I was told I’d have to try and work that 25 up into an amount over 100 to cash out. They then said they’d put a bonus in my account for my trouble. They put in 20 with a 1,200 play through. I don’t think they have any intention of honoring their posted terms and conditions.

Bitcoin deposit never credited after sent

April 13, 2022, about 2 min before April 14.2022- I made a bitcoin deposit in the amount of $81. It was sent to the QR code provided, however it never came through. I did provide all the screenshots to the casino but have yet to see the funds credited to my account nor have I received a response back via email. I did speak with Customer service via chat, who said they will escalate to finance but no response. I would either like to have my deposit returned or credited it to my online casino account.

Withdrawal delayed via betbigdollar casino

My withdrawal is being delayed of $1001.84 which I requested to be withdrawn via bitcoin. It remains in pending status, and was told to check back and I did. Still no update and now being told bitcoin can take like 5 days to deposit. As if they are trying to buy time. My account is verified and has contacted customer assistance but not getting any updates. I received the withdrawal confirmation via email but when I follow up on when can I expect it, I am not getting any responses via email either.

Extremely delayed withdrawal about 1 year of repeated attempts

I have been trying to withdraw for about a year now from big dollar and still have all the emails they have sent me... the most recent one I was trying to withdraw through bitcoin and they assured me it would be 5 days now it has been over a week and they are telling me they don’t know why I didn’t receive it and again are saying they will have to look into it.... I honestly think that are just scamming me out of my money can you please HELP ME FIGURE THIS OUT? I have any documents you might need just let me know what to send and it’s done.... I think that they shouldn’t be allowed to be a casino if they can do this to people and get away with it as I have been extremely patient and polite with them just to get lied to and Ignored... every time they say they will let me know what is going on by email or phone call I never receive one I have to call to get any information and get to wait on hold for hours

Closed my account and took all my winnings without any reason

I started playing Slots and Roulette ...I arrived at an amount 18.000 usd and a few .

after a week my account is closed without a reason ! and without receipt any email or phone call to inform me of this decision.

after several attempts to communicate with the casino's support on the live chat

the first minform that I should have a phone call to check my data, and quickly left the cat without any explanation and the other told me that the registration is wrong (malgres that I have not yet sent any piece identity or piece of evidence of identity.

the last one informed me that I should have a call right away but nothing happened.

Won $1900 and now my account is restricted and no response

Won $1900 on 1/17/19. I submitted my verification documents per there instruction. I confirmed receipt of documents on 1/17/19
With Natalie vía live chat. On 1/18/19 I went to log on and I couldn’t. I request live chat and spoke to Chris who informed me I was on a blacklist therefore my account was restricted.

It doesn’t state anywhere oh there that this is part of a verification process. I want the money I won and I want to know why I was told I would get a response regarding the blacklist issue and I didn’t get a response. As of today still can’t log on
