I reloaded my browser and even cleaned my cache and stuff just as support recommend you to do basically because they dont know better, anyhow no free spins, so I wrote to support and waited with no answer, to bad that they can't offer you live support but I knew that to. I'm very used to fast support and the reliability off what the casinos offer, I'm a very loyal player at some great casinos which are hardly to compare.

Anyways it seems like most of us made the same mistake at casinos likes this without any fast solutions so my tip to you other players, stick to the trusted casinos and if you have the need of trying new ones, read the reviews here before trying out so that you basically know what to expect and most important, make small deposits to play at small risk, makes it easier to move on.
