Hello, unfortunately I had to have the worst casino experience in my life so far.

First of all: I only play with high stakes, so I always deposit at least 500-1000€ at once and then play on different casino sites. I now also did this at Betsamigo, I didn't think anything about it, since the deposit limit is only 2500€. Now I have played with my credit for about half a week and won a credit of €36,200. Now the shock: the basic payout limit of 1000€ (!) applies Per payout, there may only be one (!) Payment can be requested and there may not be more than 7000€ (!) Be paid monthly.

So exactly a week ago I applied for the €1000 payout and asked for exceptions by mail and live chat, all of which were denied. So I made myself aware of the terms and conditions and found the following paragraphs:

63.1 The maximum withdrawable amount per account is limited to 7000€/month (or currency equivalent), unless otherwise specified in the Terms & Conditions of a specific promotion. Exceptions may be made to players with a higher VIP level, if any, at the Casino's sole discretion. If a customer wins more than €30,000, the Casino reserves the right to divide the payout into monthly instalments until the full amount is paid out. If the amount to be withdrawn is larger than €7.000, the remaining amounts will be placed back in the player's account, to be withdrawn in the following month. Withdrawals (payouts) exceeding more than €2.300 will require additional verification procedures; proof of identity, age and place of residency. "The Company" reserves the right to carry such verification procedures in case of lower payouts.
The Company, reserves the right to delay and/or stop the processing of Cash Out requests until final approval has been received for any outstanding Deposit transactions.

So there are certainly exceptions for VIP players. Of course, with this paragraph, I immediately contacted the live chat and made a request in this regard, which is now also over a week old. So far still no feedback and in the live chat I always get the answer that the responsible department will contact me with an update on the case. Over a week is definitely too long for a casino, although my numbers are clear: over €388,000 wagered in a week, three placements in the top 5 winnings of the month and my deposit amounts do not match the withdrawal limits at all.

The other and equally important is the non-compliance with the specified processing time for withdrawals. I requested my first payment on 20.07 at 12 noon CET. The payment was only processed on 25.07 at 12 noon. Immediately afterwards at 12:30 noon I requested the next payment, which has still not been processed now (over two working days ago).

It is already a very strenuous and lengthy process for me so far and I would have to pay out the credit over five months with the information provided by the casino and I also have to prepare for irregular processing times, which should not actually be like that. I do not want to blame and am therefore looking for a public and hopefully quick solution for the processing times of the payout and the possible increase in my limits or another withdrawal proposal. I just want to withdraw my credit as quickly as possible and just forget the nightmare..

I have played here once and found it to be quite a fair play at that. The casino looks bright colorful and fun and there seems to be quite an extensive variety of games. The customer service team seemed to be very helpful and friendly. I'd like to start playing more at this casino and see all that it has to offer. The casino seems to be very easy to navigate through and easy to find what your looking for. I think the bonuses are pretty cool and seem to be pretty decent also.

I can't say anything about disliking this casino so far as I haven't played here enough to see anything wrong with it. I can't really see anything wrong too dislike about Betsamigo Casino just yet.
