My withdrawal has been going on since the 31st January, 800 euro no bonus taken.
I have been fully verified and they keep delaying the payment. It's now the 11th February.
No live chat, no answers to my emails.
Please help. I have reached out to this casino loads of times and I'm told some accounts take longer to verify. I have gave them everything they have asked for, it's been verified so why is it still pending.
