My withdrawal of winnings (1000,59 EUR) has been declined several times.
Even after providing the required documents and having my account verified with several proofs of documents several tries to withdrawals have been declined without a reason.
I have been playing on several sites for several years now and I understand there’s a verification process but I have never encountered like this even after meeting their requirements for verification.

Here’s a more detailed explanation of the situation.
And might I add, I have still not received any reason from betsamigo for withholding my winnings and declining my withdrawal requests.
I had submitted a complaint about betsamigo.com declining my withdrawal even though I have verified my account and delivered all the required documents.
I was asked by the betsamigo support team to verify my adress and my identity, which I have done by providing pictures of my Belgian ID and a credit cart statement to prove my adress.
after this verification was succesfully approved I was able to deposit money into my gambling account, which I have done by bank transfer and by credit cart one time later the support team then asked me to verify my credit cart by sending a picture of it, again I've sent the picture.
After I tried to withdraw some of my winnings, I was asked to send a picture of myself holding my identity cart, which I have done again. This was declined again without a reason.
I tried withdrawing my winnings several times through bank transfer and to my credit card after delivering all the required documents and it has been declined several times.
I've added screenshots of my correspondence with the betsamigo support team and my pending withdrawal of 1000 euros.
I have played at several sites for some time now and I understand the verification process and always provide the needed documents, but I have never encountered any problems like this for no reason.
