Withdrawal process is denied

I am having problems in withdrawal my money.

12 days already and they cancelled my withdrawal. I won some bets and they remove my bonus and now I can even withdrawal my real money.

My account is already verified. I didn't do anything wrong, the only thing was that I won some bets.

I have already the kyc verified, use my own bank account the deposit and withdrawal. I did already several deposits and some withdrawals.

I was using this account for at least more than 4 months without any problem. Why they don't let me withdraw the money that I deposit? There is no bonus in that money. They removed the bonus without my permission.

I haven't seen any gains being reinstated in my account so far, but that's okay. I had even given up fighting for my rights against this company. I just wanted the money that I actually deposited, and they, with a confusing system and terrible chat agents, were never able to properly explain what had actually happened and where I should withdraw my money. On my own, I discovered that I was supposed to withdraw via an e-wallet called pay4fun, as I made a deposit once there, and the majority of deposits were made through a bank account and even so, their system did not accept withdrawals via account. banking. Now, regarding the bonus earnings that were suddenly taken from my account of 905.51 BRL on Nov 13th. 2023, to this day they have never been returned as the person responsible for bestamigo.com claims they were. Also take advantage of the fact that this weekend more bonus winnings were taken from my account, even though I had completed the rollover of the promotion correctly. R$200.84 was wrongly taken from my account this week. I took a print screen of my balance history on this website and a copy of their email from last year admitting that they took that amount of 905.51 BRL from my account, also showing that it is a lie that they returned this money to my account.

Delaying Withdrawal Process - 500 EUR
I created a Betsamigo account a few weeks ago using their welcome sports bonus (Deposit €10 or more and become the ultimate bettor with a 100% Welcome Sports Reload up to the value of €100). Over the following days i bet a fair bet, fulfilling the bonuses wagering requirements. I had read good reviews about Betsamigo so i felt quite safe, however to ensure it operates ethically i wanted to test their withdrawal system, as I have read reviews for other casinos and saw this is often where online casinos become problematic.

Before attempting to withdraw I saw I have to verify the account, as such i submitted a proof of address using the national address registry, bank account statement and an image of my card used to deposit. After accepting my proof of address and denying my bank statement and image of debit card they requested a copy of my passport, which i quickly sent in. One day later i was told my accounts KYC was complete and that my account was verified. At this point i assumed the withdrawal process should be quick, this was on the 19th of February. As such i attempted a 500 euro withdrawal (just under half my account balance), they however quicly cancelled this pending withdrawal and requested more documents, they asked for an official bank statement, so i once again quickly submitted one but they declined it as my bank statement doesn't show my IBAN on it. So i contacted my bank to find a proof of account document which shows the requested details, submitted it, and it was accepted. At this point I assumed since thats all they asked for that I could now withdraw, however it was once again not the case. Since then in all seperate emails one by one after i submit each they have requested a photo of me with my passport, and a proof of me owning my phone number in the form of a mobile provider statement. Once i submitted all this i was told it was all complete.

Finally i once again attempted to withdraw on the 24th of February, yet have received no updates on it. According to the Betsamigo chat bot it says withdrawals are to be processed within 48 hours, however this clearly is not the case. I decided to contact a live support agent today and was informed that my withdrawal was having to undergo further verification.

I for one have found this proccess to be unnaceptable as it has been made abundantly clear that the Betsamigo team will do anything possible to delay the withdrawal process in hopes of you gambling away all the money rather than withdrawing it.

Not professional behavior and prolonged verification

I come here to inform you how dissatisfied I am with the casino: BETSAMIGO and how dirty and criminal the house is being. I stayed from 05/13 to 05/23 sending and re-sending documents to verify my account to get the conversion or withdrawal, in total there were 19 documents. More than one photo of the identity, CPF, proof of residence, proof of the telephone number registered in the house, proof of account statement, selfie of me with the identity, selfie of me with the name of the house (a humiliating fact that I had never done in life); several times I received an email from the house saying that my account had been successfully verified, but when I tried a new withdrawal it was cancelled. The house does this trick so that you can never withdraw, with that the money will be stuck in it and they create new rules in KYC and say they need a more in-depth evaluation to circumvent the customer's right, so the situation turns into a cycle vicious that you'll never get off. I made a withdrawal on 05/19/2023 in the amount of BRL 600.00 and it was cancelled, even my verified account was verified, after many withdrawal attempts on the 23rd they took BRL 450.00 claiming that it had changed the KYC rule and could only withdraw $25. Converting to my currency, I wanted to keep R$150.00 but the house could only withdraw R$300.00. So I made bets and with the greens I got a positive balance of R$334.50. I requested a new withdrawal and they canceled the withdrawal and took BRL 314.50 from my account, claiming that they had changed the KYC rule again, so my balance was BRL 20.00. Unbelievable how they lie creating various ways to not enforce the customer's right. I have proof, prints of everything!!! Should a house that has a formal license really act this way?

In the prints I sent you, there are the various emails I sent them and their responses, also their lie by saying (more than once) that my account had been verified and saying that the withdrawal would be processed within 48 hours , but eventually I fell into the cycle of having the withdrawal canceled and being humiliated. There are also prints of the account statement with withdrawals of R$600.00 and R$334 that were canceled and stolen from my account.

How can a casino like that still compete for a prize on your site???
