Canceling withdrawal and delaying verification
Good afternoon dear forum the first complaint was rejected for several reasons I understood this and drew conclusions. Now let's start,
My account hasn't been verified for a long time I sent a lot of documents but the casino did not approve them although all the documents are perfect after the next download of documents my account is fully verified (I provide a screenshot of the letter) after that I logged into my account and put money for withdrawal (I provide a screenshot ) then I wrote a letter to the casino mail and received an answer that you have to wait two days until the finance department approves the withdrawal (I provide a screenshot of the letter).
Today they are canceling my withdrawal and they write that you need a document confirming iban and swift(I provide a screenshot of the letter)although I made a deposit with a bank card not from a bank account In their rules it is written that withdrawal is carried out to the system with which the deposit was made why should I withdraw money to another system if I have nothing to do with it?
I sent the document of course, but the casino deliberately delays the withdrawal of money so that the player loses everything I passed verification for a month and now I have to wait a month for the withdrawal of money?
