My withdrawal for a 1000 euros has been pending since 20th of January
I have been KYC-verified since July 2023 but they have kept asking for documents. I have sent them everything. Selfie with my driving license, my passport and my national ID card. I have sent them my phone bill. I have sent a photo of my debit card.
