Like a previous reviewer stated, I have joined enough online casino's to tell the good from the bad. My experience with Betsafe has been a good one. Nice selection of games, good customer service and verification of documents was completed quickly. I submitted them late one evening and in the morning when logging in my profile showed they were all authorized. Payout was quick, email confirmation to tell me it was authorized and on its way and was in my account in a couple of days.

I also like and wish other online casino's would follow suit, they state they are part of the Unibet group, nice and bold at the top of the screen next to their own logo. If like me you exclude yourself from sites from time to time it takes the hassle out of finding sister companies.

I my entite historybof playing online I never believed any of the stories that funds were removed... Unfortunatelly Betsafe does. I deposited only 25€ and got 100% bonus so in total 50€.

Started playing Arcader at 0,50€ for 8 minutes (as i was told later) i won an Awesome win (bells ful) of around 40€ and my balance rose to over 70€ within minutes and played a few spins at 1,00€ However after an error the game had to reload and after it reloaded my balance was 2,80€ ?

I contacted support however they couldn't find anything at claimed everything was bon order and I really lost 50€ in 8 minutes at 0,50€ a spin.
Even after i explained that time wise this isn't even possible because a spins takes around 5 seconds and it would take 100 spins (500 sec) to lose 50€ (If you don't win anything at every spin) and chat checked and confirmed I won 44€ on a single spin. Although it isn't even possible to lose so much in 8 minutes chat couldn't help me.

When I first joined the casino I informed them that I have a spare bankroll of $1k/week average set aside for NetEnt Casinos as I deposit about $2k at MGs. I bet hard and I can afford it so no worries if I lose as it is for my entertainment. I was told that the bonuses at their casino is offered based on casino activity and deposits. Obviously, being a new player I started by depositing $200/week then up to $600. However, I hardly received regular bonus matches on deposits. I always had to contact the support and they will chuck me $25 here and there which is quite ridiculous as $25 is like 10 bets for me.

Anyways, Last week I thought why not put my bankroll in as I can understand I will probably get better treatment from them since they can see I have the bankroll and not a freeloader. SO, I went and deposited $3k+ over a week and a half (fine I am happy to loose the money I don't care).

c.) What is the point of being loyal to a casino where you wont be appreciated for spending your own money. I asked them about player retention and no reply. When I received all these bonuses from other Casinos for my Birthday, I didn't even receive anything from them, I had to get on to support to tell them its my Birthday and that I just spent 3k+ in a week to get $25 because game time was that bad.

If you want to feel like a valued player and have a good VIP support go play Royal Vegas or something, stay away from these guys. I spent in 10s of thousands and treated like this... shame!

Betsafe casino is a very good place with very good selection of games. I do like that they have very good offers also, unfortunately not very often, but still, when they have an offer - it is solid offer.
