Having trusted what seemed to be a reputable casino, BetSafe, and having undergone full verification there, when attempting to withdraw my winnings, I received the most absurd excuses from the administration of the site, claiming they couldn't proceed because they were awaiting verification of my data from other casinos. And this has been ongoing since October 2, 2023, and has not been resolved to this day!

Promising the safety of my bets (literally stated in the casino's name) and guaranteed withdrawal of funds, I was simply led astray as soon as it came to withdrawing my winnings. This verification confirmation from other sources had never come up before; it was simply invented on the spot, presumably to make me lose my money while waiting for BetSafe to finally do the right thing and pay out my winnings!

I'm sure this dubious (I never thought so before!) casino has plenty more excuses up its sleeve just to avoid paying out winnings to its players. My experience with this site has been extremely negative, and to potential BetSafe players, I advise you to think twice before dealing with this slippery casino.

The only thing I don't like is that they do not give any bonuses for player loyalty. If there was a little more bonuses this casino would definitely get a solid 10 from me.

Having stopped using Betsafe for a while they held a cash balance however without notice they started taking away my cash balance in "fees". There was no notice. I contacted their support and they just sent me a link to their policy page and said they have a right to charge any fee they wish. Strongly recommend not using this website.

Have the largest fees on deposit, I have ever seen. The support is questionable since they often drop to respond. With all being said, they have not a lot of exclusive games.

In the past I used to like betsafe. They have good selection of games in the casino section, and an OK sports section. Also, their payouts work quite fast.

However, all the positives got over the moment they cheated me and then arrogantly avoided the issue. Basically what they did was display the label "multibet insurance" beside 5 of my confirmed multi bets. But when the time came to pay out the insurance they started claiming that "oops, but your bet does not meet the conditions for multi bet insurance..."

Even though they themselves had automatically displayed the insurance label beside the bet. Even though the conditions were never referenced on any ticket or any ticket label... And even though that was the main reason I kept making multi bets on their site... until the first bet that had one losing event.

To top it all off, after cheating me out of €50, they "kindly" offered me €5 free bet with a x6 wagering req at 1.8+ odds as a "compensation". How very "kind" of them, right? So, just avoid them and just an honest site instead.
