Giving us rate 1 of 10 after being cash outed 5 figure number On Time, Without Delays, Without any Additional Question and According to our T&C its just not the objective review. Nevertheless I need to comment your statements from our perspective in a more friendly and not so hostile way. As you have already stated we take responsible gaming very serious. It is true that account can be reopened when player ask for this but not every time. Before we open any player account, Reactivation form needs to be signed. In addition certain requirements have to met, before we actually open it. So its kinda not in a minute like you have stated. Regards to cashout limits there were certain changes which does not influence majority of our players. As for the exceptions we went beyond limits and suits and meet all players requirements. "I lost it all" review after being cashouted 5 figure is a comment which needs to be respected although I strongly believe majority of players will have different opinion. I would stay far far away from this casino. They say they take responsible gambling serious. But when I close my account you only need to send them an email and they will re open it within minutes.
I deposited 200 euro and won over 50k euro. The withdrawal limit was 10k per month. After a few months of me cashing out they changed the terms of conditions to 5k per month. Sketchy act.
They even lowered weekly limits as well.
There’s much more but believe me just stay away from this site. I got to withdraw almost 35k from a 200 deposited so this is not an “I lost it all angry review”
