My experience with Bet and Play Casino has been extremely disappointing. Firstly, there is a glaring lack of transparency regarding bonus conditions. I encountered undisclosed maximum bet limits, leading to issues when attempting withdrawals.
When trying to withdraw my winnings, I faced unjustified refusal from the casino. It appears they alter their rules midway to avoid paying out legitimate winnings. The customer service is atrocious, providing vague and unhelpful responses.
I strongly advise against playing on Bet and Play due to these questionable practices and the deplorable treatment of players simply looking to enjoy the online gaming experience.
