I have tried to withdraw money 5 times now with no luck. First 3 times were for $6000 via bank transfer and the next 2 were for $4000 via debit card. My account is fully verified and my first 3 payments were rejected because they said I have to use the same as my deposit method so I tried debit card and then got a email saying I can’t use that and have to use bank transfer which I already tried and they said it won’t work

At the moment I’m only trying to withdraw $4000 as that’s the maximum it will let me but if that gets sorted then I have more in my account I will look to withdraw after that.

Kindly explain what the issue is here .
We first rejected the pay outs as we still needed documents , then the withdrawal sum exceeded the limit of credit card so we asked to Bank.
The pay out is being checked and processed as soon as also all anti fraud checks are done.
The pay out was requested yesterday so we kindly ask you to first try to find a solution with us directlky before raising such requests .

The issue is you guys reject my withdrawl using bank transfer saying I have to use the same method of payment I used to deposit to I then tried to withdraw $4000 using debit card which is the maximum you can do and then I got a email saying that’s failed and I have to use my bank account.
You also just said to try find a solution with you guys before posting on here but I did try that and the attached photo shows the respond I got from you guys on your live chat to trying to find a solution with you guys

thank you for reopening the case.
All previous withdrawal requests were denied firstly because the player's credit card payment provider didn´t accept the transactions.
Therefore, we suggested doing it via bank transfer. All following requests were denied due to either documents missing or falsely provided and then wrong details given while making the withdrawal.
Player was informed regularly via email.
Several withdrawals went through by the end of December and the beginning of January.
Latest withdrawal requests were denied due to missing or wrong details while making the withdrawal.
The one from today, currently pending and under review, should be processed soon.

All my documents are verified and my mum works for the bank I use so she checked all my details I was putting in and nothing was wrong with them. Every time I tried to talked to them on live chat I kept getting shut down and just told to try again with no luck. I have withdrawals pending now so let’s see what happens with those
