Very bad customers service, payment system takes ages, makes you send 5 different documents just to be verified and they won't try to help you or guide you. I had to send so many types of documents when I won money there, but there is no problems depositing there ;) The people that gives this site a good review must own the casino or be involved. Shockingly bad.

Betamo stole 472 euro from us. Started with 100euro and subscribed to the bonus of 100 euro. We played for 2 hours slots and roulette and ended on 472euro. Next day we want to continue entire account empty. Customer support is bad and unfriendly and coming up with lies. Telling us first we weren't subscribed to the bonus correctly and when we ask to pay us instead 372ruro they say we were subscribed, but weren't allowed to play more saying these weren't the terms we accepted to? As I play on so many sites this is clear < offensive language > you can not take the entire amount because of something going wrong from their end. Horrible scam site be warned!

The overall experience is great. The initial verification process took a bit longer than I expected, but it was due to my own circumstances. They were more than helpful and I cleared it up quickly. Since that initial verification of all of my withdrawals until recently have taken less than two business days to process. Some banks will vary due to their own regulations. Among other things try to remember there are international withdrawal limits and your state and bank may have transfer limits to prevent fraud and laundering.

I’ve been meaning to sign up at Betamo Casino since last year but only got to doing it very recently. Never the why though, it’s not important to know, hehehe. The welcome package caught my interest right from the very start, offering a standard 100% first deposit bonus, plus 100 free spins on the popular Dead Or Alive 2 game. Now that’s a hard offer to resist, even though I don’t really like the free spins being broken up into 20 free spins over 5 days. Ah well, I then closed one eye and signed up anyway. What? Nah, I didn’t close both my eyes, or else how to sign up? Hahaha.

Betamo is owned by N1 Interactive, so that’s a good starting point for me. I’d think many times over before signing up if the casino is owned by the likes of Aspire Global, Game Tech, and so on, simply because they aren’t in my good book, having had numerous problems with their casinos before, so I’ve always avoided them. As expected, signing up was a breeze, the casino’s platform worked wonderfully without lags, and navigation between the pages was fast and easy too, but unfortunately, not everything was a-okay.

After making my first deposit, the 100% bonus and the 100 free spins did not get credited into my account immediately as they should, argh! After several minutes of waiting, I finally got assistance from the Live Chat host, who then manually added them in. But that wasn’t the end of the issue – the next 4 days had me requesting for the 20 free spins from the Live Chat host each time, which shouldn’t be the case, so that got me rather annoyed! It took over 1 hour to get my second 20 free spins instalment, simply because the chat host had to asked me some silly questions first! Sheesh! Other than that, everything else were just right – my favourite providers and games were available, had no issues playing them off, but somehow, Microgaming games just couldn’t really go fullscreen as the other games would, so this bit I’m not very happy about. As tempting as it is to play here often, what irks me very much is how slow the loading time is. I always have to make sure that I am not running other sites or applications on my computer (fyi I am using macbook pro) because otherwise Betamo Casino would just not load smoothly as it promises… Cache and cookies also must be cleared before I play. Buffs and slow page loads disrupt me in between my games. This is more of a technical issue. In terms of reliability, they are legitimate but the withdrawal time is just not as fast as the other online casinos that I’ve tried. Slow processing time, esp if I request a withdrawal for amounts over €1,000. Please do better with your services. It’s such a letdown esp I am a member who does generous deposits. I expect to experience the service for the trust I also put in this casino.
