I Will try to describe as good as posible but english is not my first languge.
I did a self exclusion on spinia casino 29/9-2019 with the time limit forever, spinia under the license N1 interactive Ltd. After that i played at betamo casino did a self exclusion there, and after that played at avalon78 casino did a selfexclution there forever and finally i played at live casino. All casinos under the same license N1 interactive Ltd. But i dident know that at the time. I used the same information on all casinos offcourse. And i was fully verified at all casinos with passport and adress. When you do a self exclusion on there casinos you click a box on how long you want your self exclusion to be and then you get a confirmation email, thats it. On there site it clearly say doing a self exclusion let us know that we need to take all measures. They dident do that. In fact i had played and self excluded from so many of there casinos that they had To noticed that! Isent that a big warning. I feel like they dident take all measures needed To protect the player. I Would like my deposits back from betamo casino. I did even self exclude from others under the same license before spinia but leave that out for now becuase i don't have the confirmation emails left. I Think this should be taken serious so please help. You can se the dates when i selfexcluded myself on the emails i attached.

Hi askgamblers i don't know the full amount i have a few deposits saved but it was more. I cant acces my account at betamo casino. I did the deposits with Trustly so its hard To se on my bank i Will investigate it further.

brand on which the player has requested self-exclusion, and the above sub-articles (a)

Yes i can read that but not once you protected me or asked me if i had a gambling problem! You should have noticed after i had selfexcluded myself from every one of your casinos under the same license. It states that you should protect the player. You forgot To mention the part under that statement on mga " provided further that, in the event that a player has been excluded by the B2C licensee in light of sufficient reason which indicate that a player mat have problem gambling issues, that player shall be excluded across all brands operated by the B2C licensee. "
And also im in sweden i don't even know now if i was aloud to play on your site or pay with trustly. I could register on your site with country sweden

After checking all your conversations with us, we haven't found anything that can be considered as a gambling issue.

Yes im sorry it was a t instead of a y. Please bear in mind that im from Sweden and my english is not perfect.
I dident have any conversation with you because you never contacted me! Its plenty signs there that i have a gambling problem . How much i deposit, how often i deposit and all self exclusions! The mga license is not there to only protect you, even do you want it to look that way its there to protect the player To. You dident do your part in the gambling responsibly law. The law is there for a reason. Its not much To ask for, the deposits back. Its the least you can do.

Betamo Casino will always close the player when the player contacts us and saying that the player is incapable to control his/her gambling.
Moreover, we always provide the services, that are not contradicting with MGA license terms.

Im sorry but your not. Your part is To ask or contact, especially if the player has done several self exclusions. Its not only the players responsibility to contact you. You as a casino with responsibly gambling has a responsibility To. Betamo dident do there part. Then this complaint Will remain Open and the other casinos Will also get a complaint so everyone can se how you handle responsibly gambling. Its not ok. I hope we can Solve this.
