What I like most about Arcanebet is that they have THE BEST support that I've encountered and by this, I'm not only referring to casino sites but in general. I encountered minor issues and all of them were resolved instantly since they have this live chat feature. Also, even if their live chat is offline, I immediately get responses via email in 20 minutes or less. Arcanebet is very beginner friendly too. This casino is a very layed back, corky place to come hang for a bit. It's staff are some of the kindest and easy going crew to converse with. So, actually, I found about arcanebet thru ask gamblers cause I wasn't satisfied with last experiences in other casinos. After a few deposits ( with good bonuses) I got my first win. Fast verification process compared to other casinos (within the same day). I have been fortunate to be able to withdraw my winnings, and it has been taken care in a timely manner to the same method of payment that I deposited with (Interac - Canada) - which is a great feature.
Whenever I did have an inquiry, their customer service chat has been TOP NOTCH. Just a few minor things (again very minor):
- They have few low stakes live dealer blackjack tables (between 5 to 25) at one time. In those low stake tables, they do not have $1 denominations to bet with (minimum $5).
- Chat not available all the time (only specific hours as also highlighted by the overall Ask Gambler cons).
- To do set deposit limits, time outs on your account or other responsible gaming features - you have to do so via chat (instead of having a separate section to be able to do it yourself). So if the chat is not available due to the hours, you have to send a follow up email and it will only be taken care of when they are in office hours.
