All Slots Casino - As of June 13, the casino did not provide me with any game history or funds

Dear Askgamblers,

I ask you to accept a complaint against AllSlots Casino. The casino has been processing my withdrawal for over a month.

On May 02, 2023, I registered an account at Allslots Casino. As a result of the game, I managed to win a little, and my balance was 1644 US dollars.

On May 03, 2023, as part of the verification process, I sent a photo of my ID Card and a photo of my bank statement to the casino for verification.

On May 4, 2023, I received a message that the documents were accepted and the account was verified. On the same day I put my funds for withdrawal.

After that, on May 04, I received a second request for the documents that I sent earlier. I contacted the chat for clarification, and they told me that the request was sent in error, there is no need to provide documents. I was also informed in the chat that my withdrawal was being processed and it would not take long.

On June 01, I sent an official claim to the casino. The casino confirmed receipt of my claim, but on May 2, 2023, I registered an account with Allslots Casino. As a result of the game, I managed to win a little, and my balance was 1644 US dollars.

Also on June 09, I asked the casino for a game history to confirm that there was no violation of the casino rules on my part. However, as of June 13, the casino did not provide me with any game history or funds.

Please help me to get 1644 US dollars belonging to me.

All Slots Casino - Fund Settlements Issue
I used Sofort to make my purchase for credits on the casino. It was a weekend that I made the purchase but on the Monday, funds that were in my bank account, had gone out already for other various bills that were being paid. Unknowingly I did not have the funds necessary at the time, however, a few days later, when I had funds in my bank account, Sofort took out the 2 amounts that I purchased from the previous weekend. both were for around 280 Euros (320 chf).

Now, a short time later, I won with All Slots. It was not a great deal but it was winnings which I was happy with because I don't really have much luck with online casinos. I cashed out and waited for my winnings to hit my Skrill account. When it arrived, I was missing some of my winnings. After contacting chat help with All Slots, they told me that I was settling funds from my winnings because I did not have the funds in my bank account at the time of the purchase, or at the time that they tried to take my money from my bank account. I told them that the money had gone from my bank account from the credit purchase, I even uploaded them my pdf's confirming that the amounts were taken.

This is where it got a little annoying. Each time I was asking chat help what was happening, they told me that they would send my case to Operations Department. I think I have had at least 10 different emails from 10 different people telling me 10 different things. One sent me the dates of the transactions with the amounts including the order id numbers. The Order Id numbers were on my transaction confirmations through my bank which I emailed to them and yet they still are confused as to how to help me. One email from Operations Department told me 'after a thorough review of my account, my case had been resolved due to 'delayed billing', which means absolutely nothing to me.

This had actually already happened once early last year but I just thought that they knew what they were talking about and I never investigated it further.

I was basically being double charged through incompetence and now it seems that these chat help people are just people you can chat to but without actually getting any help. Chat help can't really do anything for you and their responses are quite arrogant. They use a little Jargon which I don't have a clue about, yet they use it like these things are part of the everyday vocabulary for casino users.

I am very disappointed with the service. Chat especially. After receiving the promise of a phone call and them asking me for convenient dates and times three times, still nobody bothers to call.

The games are fun in this Casino, the platform is a little iffy and once verified, you get your winnings in a good time frame, however, if something out of the ordinary happens, be prepared to go bald with Chat Help.

I attached files and highlighted the order id numbers which I was settling funds. The image I attached of the settlement fields, are actually showing less. To date, I have settled 500chf with my winnings PLUS paid from my bank account! The last time I spoke to chat, they told me that I still had an amount which I owe, outstanding. Incredible that they can not see that these amounts have been paid in and yet I owe THEM money. They also asked me to contact Sofort. This is ridiculous and lazy. Why do I have to do everything? All Slots are the service. Chat help are soooo lazy...... and slow to boot.

This casino is one of the three members of the Jackpot Factory Group of Casinos. First I must say that I am very surprised that this casino here at AG has been rated with only 4.38. All Slots Casino is one of the first Microgaming casinos in which I joined. It was some four years ago. Although I didn’t play for a long time here, in this casino I had some 10 withdrawals. I was always paid without any problems, but unfortunately I did not have so far WOW cash-outs here, it was all to 150 euros at most. But all in all I think I'm in plus here because neither my deposits were great. Already at my first deposit in this casino I have been lucky and withdrew 100 euros. I remember well on that because it was one of the first of my cash-outs in some Microgaming casino.

Also I would not agree with the data here at AG that All Slots doesn’t have live chat support. I know for sure that this information is not correct, because so far I have repeatedly contacted the casino support via live chat. Not only that All Slots has a live chat support, but their live chat support is one of the fastest and best in the whole gambling industry.

They are in the true sense of the word, classic Microgaming casino. They offer only Microgaming games that you can play on the download casino and instant play via browser. I joined this casino a long time ago when I first started playing in Microgaming casinos. I found a promo on some affiliate site for 30-40 free spins on some game, I don’t even remember what game it was. I downloaded the software, made an account and logged in the casino.

I remember I went to the game to try the free spins but they weren’t added. I contacted live chat support and they were instant online. The operator explained that my country wasn’t eligible for the free spins but I was eligible for their 100% match deposit bonus. I liked the fact that the bonus had a relatively low wager of only 30 x bonus. I didn’t have any money to deposit then, but I eventually made a deposit here about a month later. I deposited 30$ and took the 100% match bonus, so I started with 60$ on my balance and had a low wager of only 900 to go.

I started playing my usual routine on Avalon, Kathmandu and Centre Court all on low bets. I had some descent wins and after about two hours of play my balance was up to 110$. I was still a long way from meeting the wager. I moved to my old friend Thunderstruck II and started playing on a minimum bet. I had some descent wins but my balance dropped to 70$ after about an hour of play. I did manage to get my balance back up on Immortal Romance. I have to say I liked the payout from the slots. Not too many dead spins, small to descent wins here and there. This was almost on every slot I tried. I think the RTP on slots in this casino is high. Anyway eventually I did manage to meet the wager but I had only 60$ left on my balance. That was a really small profit so I played Centre Court on a high 0.90 bet. I got one bonus round which got me to 80$, but didn’t get another soon that would boost my balance so I lost everything on a high 1.80 bet. I think I made two more deposits after that and really played a long time but didn’t manage to make a withdrawal.

My account is verified here, so still waiting for a withdrawal to happen to test their payout speed.

I read the reviews on here and saw these people are ranked 700th???? While their sister site is 45th. Something is wrong. My reviews are reaL. For those who know me I say things straight. Win or lose! Customer service is second terminal one. Chat, phone, email responses are instant. That's part of it took exactly one hour from my documents to be verified.

It upsets me very much that these people are ranked 700 on the site I have never cussed out, and I've only made maybe one or two or three deposits since last year all minimal

After winning some money I made withdraw .everything seemed to be ok, but after 2 days the money keeps coming back .i tried few more times but no use . Then i decided to ask live chat .they say that they need documents. But I did not get any emails asking for documents .But surprise surprise after talking live chat. I had email asking documents . So I said that I dont have any bills on my name. I asked, can I send a copy of the letter from bank contain internet banking codes, but no use . Support email advised me go the bank to get statement with stamp on it but in finland it costs money. I dont understand why the letter wasnt good proof of my address.I gambled my wins and closed the account. Every other casino accepts electronic bills , screenshot from internet banking account, but not all slots .

I'm just disappointed. To everybody dont deposit a penny before your papers are approved.

All Slots Casino – Microgaming, Quickfire software. I have discovered this casino absolutely accidentally, but it has immediately got me by its promotion offer on its main site, which offered the played many free spins and the 100% match deposit bonus also.

I have signed up to this casino, but then have forgotten about it for a few weeks. However, a miracle happened to me (that time I have not known that this is absolutely common practice among this online casino group’s according casinos, but then I tried the same manners at All Jackpots casino and it worked the SAME way – the casino increases its welcome offer few times, until it becomes that high like I describe here) - and the casino increased its welcome offer – and not only once, but three times! It had become exactly hmm. Really I am not sure now, if it was 200 or 300% match deposit bonus + 10 euro free money , but simply, as I deposited 30 $, I received 130$, that means, the offer was 200% + 10$ free.

All Slots Casino is run by Microgaming software. This is probably one of the first Microgaming casinos that I joined. It was about 3-4 years ago. Now it has been a long time since I played here but at one time I played in All Slots a lot. I am very surprised that this casino is so poorly graded here at AG and that I see so many negative comments here about this casino. I have never had any problems here. Whenever I had a withdrawal here I would be paid on my e-wallet within 2-3 days.

I was also very happy with the casinos bonus offer and support.While I was playing here I contacted their live chat support often and can't say that I have any remarks. My biggest cashout here was the first time I played. I remember that I made a 25 euros deposit and took some bonus that they had in their offer back then. Even today I remember how I had a fantastic streak of wins on Thunderstruck II on my 0.30 bet. I won over 70 euros in one bonus feature. Later on I had another amazing win on the latest Microgaming slot Tomb Raider II. For a short time I got a few bonus rounds here. After that I tried Kathmandu, Mark of Medusa and a few more slot games.

I had success with everyone of these games and my balance grew all the time. When I managed to meet the wager I had over 400 euros. After that I had a few more smaller withdrawals of 100 euros.
