Reject all withdrawals even though fully verified

Hello, I was playing at abo casino few months already, now I try to make first withdrawal of 500 euro (I have not used any bonuses), they reject all cashout requests, account is fully verified, first try was to withdraw back to skrill or credit card that I used for deposit, but skrill is disappeared from cashier so tried credit card, but it was rejected as abo casino say there was technical issue and asked me to use bank transfer and verify it first.

Bank verification is done, bank transfer was rejected too, now they ask me to make mifinity account upload funds and make minimal deposit of 20 euro, but I don't use mifinity and don't want to use it later, I don't trust them anymore and don't want to make any deposits before I'll get my withdrawal to any of payment method I have used to deposit.

10 days waiting for the withdrawal without any updates

Hello, I have been an active AboCasino user for some months now and it was always a pleasure. After verifying my account withdrawals was fast and without any problems until 7th of January. I made a deposit for a 100% bonus, played some time on Multifly slot and got free spins. On a stake 10pln I won 1500x bet, I made a quick wagerment and made a cashout for 3x5000pln (5000 is max for MiFinity). I was waiting patiently for 5 days then I started to ask through live chat what is going on. Every day, after 30 minutes of waiting they were telling me to ask again tomorrow. Today is marked as a 10th day of me waiting and still no informations of what is actually going on and how long it can possible take. Screen from today's conversation and history attached.

6 time cancel cashout

On 20/11/2021 I won 1000 dollars. Then I asked to withdraw the money, but I was surprised by the refusal to withdraw the money. They said that's the reason uploaded a screenshot from my Mifinity. I uploaded all the documents. Then I requested a new 6 withdrawals, Bbt every time the withdrawal of the money is refused with new reason. But in the last withdrawal request, there was no reason, as you can see in the screenshot. Then I knew they were just wasting time. Please AG help me to get my money back. Thank you so much.

AboCasino No Payment No Answers

I submitted a complaint on October 19th about AboCasino for a withdrawal of $2,500.00 CDN. AskGamblers asked me to wait according to the given timeframe for withdrawals provided by the casino - which was 10 days from Saturday October 16th. I've waited. No payment has been received. No emails have been received. No responses to support have been received. I contacted Chat on October 18th and again yesterday asking them to allow me to reset my password and gain access to my account. Each time they tell me they've sent the email - they never did - then they tell me the email is coming - then to check spam until yesterday they told me they sent the email and can't do anything further. Literally refusing to help me. I've received emails from them when I first signed up so this is just another game they're playing.

As mentioned in my first complaint, I made sure to respect all casino terms. I even contacted chat and made sure any questions I had about terms were answered. Vast majority (90%) of bets while playing with the deposit bonus was $0.80 or less. I met the playthrough requirements. I provided 16 documents on my identification. I provided all those documents on my first complaint to AskGamblers. I tried e-transfer and bank wire transfer - each time all the information was provided and each time they refused payment.

I am not sure what else I can do to show this casino is being dishonest. At no time whatsoever did the Casino say anything about not respecting the terms. They never said anything because I respected those terms. I think they are so new to this that using that as an excuse is not even something they would consider. Now I cannot even log into my account. I have never been disrespectful to the casino in any way. They just do not want to give me my winnings.

The casinos as a lot of payment method and also huge variety of games wich is very nice. People 8n the chat are cordial.

The website could be a little faster to navigate but it's not the nd of the world.

Unfortunately it's one of those casino's that delays the approbation of your document as long as possible so you just cancel your withdrawal and play it.

I can't stand this shady tactic. Also, if you happened to make your first deposit trough interact, it is almost impossible to meet their demands when comes the time to verify your deposit method.

Everything needs to be in one screenshot of your bank account and if you cannot do it because of how the bank website is made well...just to bad....-_-

As a crypto user, I actually think that Abo Casino is good though it's still a new site. They have a great selection of game provider partners and I think that is a good way to start since they have a good set of games.

The games are good but the bonuses aren't that impressive. I was surprised when I learned that they don't offer deposit bonuses since that's one of the bonuses I usually look for. Maybe they are still new so they don't offer it yet or they just don't offer it in Australia.

Abo was a breath of fresh air for me as for the player with huge casino experience. I've signed up there a month or so ago and I can say I am becoming more and more attracted with it each day.
