Hello, I have been an active AboCasino user for some months now and it was always a pleasure. After verifying my account withdrawals was fast and without any problems until 7th of January. I made a deposit for a 100% bonus, played some time on Multifly slot and got free spins. On a stake 10pln I won 1500x bet, I made a quick wagerment and made a cashout for 3x5000pln (5000 is max for MiFinity). I was waiting patiently for 5 days then I started to ask through live chat what is going on. Every day, after 30 minutes of waiting they were telling me to ask again tomorrow. Today is marked as a 10th day of me waiting and still no informations of what is actually going on and how long it can possible take. Screen from today's conversation and history attached.
