Nothing! They took my deposit and then I won 500 bucks. When I tried to wd it they declined it and locked my account. Tony and staff said because I live in America theirs nothing I can do about it. Tough break, wow!

They will not payout your money. Literally you have no way of contesting them since their overseas. I won 500 dollars and they will not pay it out. Tony and their staff said they can do whatever they want to and theirs nothing we can do about it. I had a balance of $32,579.96 and requested a payout only to have my account put on suspension and told to talk to Tony who is a sorry excuse of a human being in that position.He is the kind of person who makes himself feel tough by swearing at you and calling you names.He then closed my account and I was never told exactly why.I assume it was because of a bet that I made that they accepted but since I was not told I do not know.I had been there for 3 years and had many many payouts.I surely was not the biggest winner all time there but I can tell you I almost always won more than I put in when I had a determination to collect some money.I mostly worked from Dec to March as MLB has hindered me but this year I finally got baseball and that could have been what was part of the decision.Why keep a guy who constantly takes money from you, which I did so many many a time.My balance was $32.547.96 when closing and I think I should get that even if they close my account.They have a right to close it and not serve who they wish but they have no right not to pay me what my balance was that they graded that they accepted.I would give a no star but 1 is the lowest I can go.Beware for these crooks.I see they also have a credit card fraud going on now where they charge people double or more what they were suppose to.Beware stay away.Crooks criminals dirty thief's.

5dimes is a long standing company and the bottom line is they pay out. 55 hours in total for verification.
Total spent 1200, total wins 9000. The time for first deposit to withdrawal from bitcoin was 4 days for first deposit.
They have a rule if you are not exclusive to bitcoin, one withdrawal every 7 days so if you can resist the urge, they do pay. In total to get 9000 took me roughly 12 days. I have had better but also a lot worse.

They are legit, though there may be a few hoops to jump through getting everything correct. I trust these guys.

It's nothing bad. They love bitcoin which can be volatile so your winnings of 10 could diminish to 8k based on the bitcoin market so in a sense it's another gamble. But I will play there again for sure.

There is a large selection of games available. Withdrawals are typically fast.

No bonuses. The games on the RTG site have been running tight for months and they do not provide any bonuses for players for BetSoft and RTG. So for four months now I have been able to play one game and that is per deposit. This happens with all casinos where things are just dead, but because other casinos offer bonuses...you can often play more than one game if you run into a dead game. No bonuses just runs through the deposit far too quick.

The selection of games. Very rare do you see a casino where you can play both RTG and BetSoft and they always add the newest games before any other website. I had an issue with a game that I reported as the documentation for the game said I had hit a bonus and the screen said I hit the bonus, and I was wagering $25 a spin.
