Not letting me in their awards program, total lack of support


Evidently, I was put into an awards program unbeknownst to me. I was in the awards program known as On The House, which allows your 8th and 9th consecutive deposit without a withdrawal to be on the house. Once I became aware that I was in this program, I asked that my months and months of deposits be taken into consideration as I had never utilized the offer. I was blown off by Bruce the night shift supervisor via chat. I subsequently called fivedimes and spoke with Bruce who got irate when I mentioned that I would contact the Better Business Bureau. He told me that I was threatening him and became belligerent. I can understand if I was not eligible but I felt that it should have been handled more professionally and a consideration of how much money I lost due to my lack of knowledge of this awards program should have been taken into account. Rather, I was spoken to rudely and hung upon. I do not trust fivedimes as in the past I had to wait extremely long for payouts. The rules for getting paid out are very confusing, but it is what it is. I feel that fivedimes purposely makes awards programs and payouts difficult so as to make it even harder for a player to collect.

Casino contacted us and refused to comment directly to the complaint but advised that you could go to their LiveHelp and ask to speak to Becky ( chief operating officer ), but please do have in mind that she is off on Fridays. Do let us know of any updates regarding the complaint. Thank you.
