They refunded my deposit after letting me know I'm not allowed to play on their casino.
It's really weird that I can create an account and deposit money on a casino that doesn't allow people from my country in the first place. Can you just block the ability to create an account from blocked countries in the first place. Now I had to provide personal documents to get a minor deposit back. This irritated me so much, providing documents to a casino that made a mistake not showing my country is blocked in the first place.
I browse some no deposit casino forum when I found an unkown casino for me. That was the Red queen casino. They offered 10 euro no deposit money to check their slots with 75 times wagering requirement. That means you have to wager to 750 euro before you can make a cash out.

I was boring so I decided take their no deposit. I started the registration and followed the steps. After I entered my personal details I had to enter my phone number. A few minutes later I get my verification sms and entered the three digit code. I opened the video slots and the free tenner was on my balance instantly. They have various game providers but the thunderkick is the best what they own. Some slot was familiar to me form other bigger casinos but I decided to play some unknown. I started the Zoom slot with 50 cent bets. This is a weird video slot, I needed a few rounds and minutes until I understand the basics. Anyway I was lucky and I won nice sums. I went up to 120 euro when I changed the slot to Babushkas. That slot was more strange to me but I made my wagering on it after a few nice wins on higher stakes.

I wanted to make a withdrawal so contacted with the support. They told me I have to send my documents and make a verification deposit before I can withdraw. I sent them my id card in high resolution scan, ub and skrill information. I made the deposit too. A day later the support e-mailed me, they told they can’t able to accept my Id I have to send a passport or a driving license. I sent my passport but after a day later they told me they cannot accept my passport too. I thought this is a joke but not, they sent back my deposit and removed my balance. I never play here that is sure.

This is my first ever review and I'm writing it to personally shout out the support. Chantel deserves a lot of kudos for being such an amazing agent.

I had an account here which I forgot so I made a new account. I didn't know I had an old account so I registered again and my new account was soon closed down for duplication after depositing £100. Chantel could see that my duplicate account was made in error because the e-mails are case sensitive. She kindly transferred my money over and I went on to withdraw £2750 (currently pending).

Such a friendly service is hard to come by and I will certainly be playing more here thanks to Chantel. Other casinos would have just confiscated my money and accused me of cheating.

I was a bit confused on the bonus max bet, but I spoke to Chantel a second time and she told me there was no maximum so I enjoyed some stress-free playing where I normally am concerned about violating the terms.

Nothing so far! Hope the withdraw goes smooth (I sent 1 piece of ID so not sure how long the process takes)

Whilst browsing in Askgamblers looking for a new casino to try out, I came across this Red Queen Casino with a pretty good offer of a 10 GBP no-deposit free chip. Upon checking up further on the casino's details, I saw that this Red Queen Casino is regulated by the UKGC, and I immediately felt a barrier forming up for me. Why? Because I have had a few new casinos not accepting my documents for their KYC procedure. My documents could not meet the stipulated requirements of the UKGC, and I had no other documents to submit either. In all of such cases, I had either closed my new accounts permanently, or just left them dormant until they get closed by themselves due to long periods of inactivity.

Nonetheless, I went ahead to get myself registered at the casino. When I keyed in my usual email address, an error message appeared, indicating that the email address had already been used, must be at another sister casino I guess, so I keyed in my alternative email address instead. Why didn't this message appear on that registration day itself? I would have gotten everything done there and then itself, which I did try, before that message appeared, but my email never got validated anyway. Now, after such a long break, I have great reluctance to do it. Why? From my previous experiences, when something doesn't work out right the first time around, then there usually would be something else that would hinder me, or that things would not go well for me at that casino. Being suspicious or not, I then decided that I would stick to my instincts and not try to get my email validated again. I see this all as a blessings in disguise for me. One missed casino isn't going to make any difference to me in any way. Well, I will just leave my account as it is until it gets closed by itself.

Firstly, there is a great variety of games that will please all gamers. The customer service received (from Chantel and Christopher) are first class. The withdrawal times say 3-5 days but the maximum time it has taken for my withdrawals was just 2 working days! No lengthy verification process either and generally speaking a very good RTP payout. An honest casino that is there to entertain and even thought their chat hours are only 9-5 Monday to Friday it is all about the quality of service you get and here it is 100%. Yes, other casinos are there until 11pm but I have spoken to some who have not got a clue what is going on. These guys here are switched on! Well done to Red Queen!!!!!

It's unfortunate that you had a bad experience antmusic. I was lucky enough to win a decent amount of money from one of the deposit match bonuses. I've always found Live Chat available at 09:00 as soon as they open and they always answer quickly and do their very best to help. On the rare occasion it's been unavailable, I've just waited a short while and then they've been back. You can also contact the casino by phone and email.

Where do I start: gave me a deposit which I didn't want one...why do they do that. I hate bonuses with their ridiculous wagering requirements. They know the odds are in their favor. I deposited £50 and they gave me £75 which I didnt want, so id have to wager £1500 before I could withdraw. Hence I hate bonuses. Tried live support, it was 9.15pm. Said opening times 5-9, but does not specify am or pm so can only presume am. Sent email asking bonus to be removed...nothing. So wasted my £50 plus bonus on slots because I tried live casino but kept saying my balance was £0. Even on the slots, at £4 a spin I got in a feature...and won £11. Do I recommend this site, absolutely not and trust me, I've been a member of all the top popular online casinos.

Everything about this casino is perfect almost, customer service are lovely. There are a huge amount of slots and they can handle the big spenders. I play £1.50 -£2.00 slots and got generous returns, I have made many deposits and overall I would say this is my favourite casino online. No long ID process. I made my 1st withdrawal on Visa card Friday and was on my card by Monday. Most withdrawals were 48hours or two working days.
Withdrawals maybe could be little faster but it's a small criticism.

After I won 100 euros they blocked my account and then they closed it the reason was they dont accept customer from Ireland!!!! Then why u let us to open account from Ireland and put Irish addressees in ur system which u allowed.

They did not even send me an email to explain why they have closed my account I got mad they don't even send email what a rubbish ( I got the info via their live chat).

I had two withdraw they r saying they have processed them but after 3 days did not get it.

Great site loads of really interesting slots, seem to get a good run for my money on both deposits I made, I did take the bonus as was not to high wagering.

Deposited 10 got up to 240 and made a withdrawal of 200. Spoke to live help today and they said my withdrawal has been sent did not have to send id, so really happy with this site will deposit and play here again.
Only negative was a couple of slots I was playing closed down had to reopen.
