The number of games they have and gameplay is smooth most of the time but sometimes games log you out after a win. You can get a 100% deposit bonus every week but it's maxed at £50. I have nothing else good to say about this casino and I was forced to say this much in order to leave my negative review.

They make it virtually impossible to get verified Live chat is never available and when they do bother to get back to you it can take days, one time it took 10 days for a response. This has to be the worst casino group I have ever had to deal with and when I say group I have had issues with 3 of their casinos. They are making it impossible for me to verify my address even though I have sent them an insurance document a letter from the council and also a screenshot of my online banking profile all clearly show my name and address. They are asking for utility bills which I do not have as I use pre pay meters and I have explained this through email and chat.
Problem is you never get a live response and it takes days if they bother to get back to you at all. I have never had any issues with other operators while sending similar documents and it seems like skill on net are going out of their way to make things difficult. It's a real shame because they used to be great and easy to deal with and live chat was almost instant. They have really gone downhill in my opinion and have left a bitter taste in my mouth.
I have already told them that I will be contacting UKGC about them but so far they seem unmoved by it.
There is plenty of other casinos that are way better than these jokers and all I can say is make sure they verify your account before you deposit a penny with them.

I disliked the bit when after a good little run of luck I looked in to find my real money play restricted and claimed I had requested self exclude. I assure reader, I did not ask for self exclude but they say I did which allows them to refuse to allow me back to playing real money.

My withdraw to Bank Account is approved and sent for 3 Days. But the money didn't come to my Bank Account. Support always says it takes 2-7 Days. It never takes so long time in any Casino. I Deposit with Sofort, and the Casino says there is no Fee, but my Bank takes 7 Euro for every Deposit I make in this Casino. So I loose in this Casino and now my Bank takes 63Euros Fee for the Deposits. Very unserious what Queenvegas is doing here. Deposits have hidden Fees and approved withdrawals didn't come. Support is not helpful.
