I must admit that I was mistaken, and I found the customer service to be the worst I have ever encountered. Offered a welcome bonus upon signing up, and once I signed up and paid the deposit I didn't receive the welcome bonus or the free spins I won. It has proven very difficult to get in touch with customer service I would advise anyone who is thinking of using this site to avoid it.
Games run fine and plenty of them i always found aspire global to be one of the better networks but i was so wrong and customer service is the worst i ever known.
Spent a lot of time and money to get to platinum vip level then was banned from promos and bonus, so for no reason and with no explanation so angry they should not be able to do this and stay well away.

They used to have their own Malta player license but now they only mention that aspire global has one. They used to have their own license before. The bonus program has a nearly impossible cash back rules when it comes to what amount they expect you to deposit. They demand that you have deposited 500€ the month after the month you asking to get this cash back.
