Hopa Casino - Making Account Verification & Withdrawal Mission Impossible

Avoid this online company completely!! On the 18/11/2020 I withdrew £20,000 from my hopa casino account. On the 19/11/2020 I then receive and email asking to verify my account and sent the required documents over to them (which I did the same day) later the same day I then received an email to say my account was now verified.

The very next day I then had another email to say they now also wanted to see my last pay slip so again I then sent them this (same day) on the 23/11/2020 I then received an email to say it is processing and they will be able to cash out on the 24/11/2020.. guess what still nothing was heard come the 30/11/2020 so I chased them up again! On the 7/12/2020 I finally get a reply to say even my pay slip was not enough and they then wanted my bank statement showing deposits going out of my account there casino so that day I sent them my PayPal statements because this is where my deposits to them come from. Another 3 days passed and they finally email again to say even this was not enough and they wanted my bank statements for the whole of November. So without delay I then sent these over to them (I’m now beginning to think are they taking the piss out of me or what!) I then think right that’s everything my money will be with me shortly but no.. I then receive another email on Boxing Day saying my bank statements do not show the deposits to them (which I told them they wouldn’t because they are all on my PayPal statement which they were given weeks ago) and I was asked to send them my PayPal statements (which I did weeks ago) after an email telling me my account was verified and every single document they have requested being sent to them I am still to this day awaiting my funds! I have now been waiting 1 month and 2 weeks exactly.

The great level of stress this has caused me is really unexplainable.

Please please please do not use this site or any of its sister sites such as mr play!

I have over the last 20 years played on just about every online gambling site going. I would consider myself to be a very seasoned gambler who knows the difference between a good and bad site. Well I've been playing this casino site for sometime now and I have deposited a lot of money during this time. They are even calling me a platinum VIP customer, while I am losing!

Now after months I finally win and want to withdrawal my winnings. But now all of a sudden I am no longer a VIP and it seems when I win they won't to pay me.

Avoid this casino site because their withdrawal process is designed to delay you receiving your winnings. This id despite saying as a VIP customer they will "express fast track" your withdrawal. Then all I can say is my winnings must be travelling on the go slow stuck on platform 9 broken down express.

Free spins match is decent when depositing low but make sure you claim in my account for some reason they don't tell you why I ask!

Although you get a good free spins offer. Some offers say play top 5 slots but on mobile you cannot play elements netent slot. And they don't tell you you have to claim it in my account psge. They say just deposit but if you don't claim it in my account they will not credit. So it would be sensible to say claim it in my account before you deposit. :/ Lol.

I've also had experience of stool games on this site. I told them because the game hasn't finish I cannot give you the game I'd they said have you got the game Id . Like I just didn't tell them it's not finished. They no if a game hasn't finished it will not show game id but they ask like we are stupid. So I said I can give you my last spin on the session to link you to the game. But I stressed it not the game missing it's just to link you to the session they come back and said the I'd game round was a losing one. Obviously it's a losing one because it was only to link to session. Despite other reviews, I only submitted my documents once via the website and my withdrawal was paid out within 48 hours. Even though it says it won't reach my card until 3-5 days, it was there the following day. Overall a pleasant gaming experience, although the website is a little clunky and seems to be mainly slot based - but it depends if that's what you like!

Their customer service team didn't reply to my emails, although as it turned out I didn't need them to - but a response would have been nice. Be aware of the bonus limitations, which I got stung by. I first deposited £50 and then they matched it with a £50 bonus. I got very lucky and started to win some money on roulette although I then noticed that it didn't count towards my wagering requirement, so I switched to slots, which I don't normally do. Again, my luck was in and my wagering requirement quickly vanished and I had £2,500 to withdraw. However, I then realised that in the small print one of the conditions of the bonus was that you couldn't bet more than £5 per bet until the wagering requirement is used up - regardless of whether the game contributes towards that wagering requirement or not. I was very disappointed but I did sign up for it so I can't complain - but just something to be wary of as it's quite an unusual condition, as far as I am aware.

They offer a good free spins promotion that is worth your deposit and seem generous with free spins. Customer support are friendly. Will get offer for promotion most days, nearly every day.

Oh where do I start. The payment after 'cashout' has been disgraceful. The site wont let me upload documents even though they are JPEG & under 2MB. I have tried via my PC & phone. I have emailed and chatted so many times. Been given every excuse under the sun haven't recieved them, no files attached your DOB doesn't match our records you name it they have come up with an excuse.

I have now put in a formal complaint to the UK Gambling Commission.

HOPA you are hiding behind your own interpretation of the gaming rules and not doing what the gaming rules state. I hope the gaming commission make you come in line and get the payout system sorted very quickly. You are so quick to take peoples money no questions asked but when they want THEIR money out it's a whole different story and no I dont want to hear anymore lame excuses about how you are trying to protect me and my money, I am very angry.

It say s on policy up to 48 hours for it to be processed. This was three day ago I sent all documents on the day so excited to have won that amount I thought I would do something to help my partner who as terminal cancer to help his day to day living so I booked it. Up as was told due to fact I did it all on the day money should be in bank possible friday to be told it gonna take another few days I think it a bit micky taking.
