Won’t ever play on that platform again. They deserve 0 stars. Had a Bitcoin pay-out in past. Now not eligible, no check payments and giving me round around for paperwork they apparently never receive for a wire transfer. Think it is time to lawyer up. This platform should be completely banned.

They are dirty they will close your account anything they can to keep from paying you, I had all proof I needed that showed I deposited and won & they ended up closing my account, even though I submitted everything they ask for multiple times at that!

Nothing at all. The 'casino', if you can even call it that, will steal your money when you win big. They stole 32,000 from my account for an alleged mixing funds terms violation, although I didn't see anywhere in the posted terms anything about mixing funds.

Everything about the site and staff. There should be a 0 star option because 1 is more than I would give them.

Bonuses are good and some nice games but the customer support and payouts system are so bad it’s ridiculous and makes me never wanna deposit again on here.

Impossible to get paid. Makes you jump through a million hoops and keep sending in BTC addresses and documents. Somehow they keep losing them.

They try to delay payment even though they claim Bitcoin withdrawals are fast they take over 2 weeks.

The bonuses are decent in the beginning and you could level up to a higher tier performer, however they can pull that out from under your feet whenever they want, especially if you win.

Customer support is completely terrible. Every time I have ever done a withdrawal which wasn't that often you're told to resubmit your documents two or three times. You come back and inquire and nobody knows what you're talking about and the only way to get your funds in a timely manner is to complain about it on another website. You're lucky if you get paid within two or three months. It's a total run around stay away from this casino, it's not worth it especially when you have to put the effort in to getting paid after you have won. And pay close attention to their other casinos because they pull the same stuff.

I loved the bonus options and how I was treated during chats if I had a question even made it to VIP 1 status yet once I made a withdrawal from one of their sister sites my VIP 1 was removed and bonus options are terrible 😔

I dislike the fact that they are thieves, vanished my VIP status and in Mar I used a coupon code that was supposed to give me a free chip here in Apr but when it was time to get it I was told I was no longer eligible for it but they could give me a $15 loyalty bonus which is not even close I'm certain to what they are supposed to have given me.

Incredibly unfair and deceptive terms and conditions, all anti-player and should be criminal. For example, once completing ALL wagering requirements, it is still against their terms to play other games outside of the original promotion (even though it is actually over and completed). So, if you play a slots bonus, meet requirements, and then play something else like video poker with your winnings, they will deny your withdrawal request for breach of terms and all of your winning will be forfeit (ask me how I know). This is absolute garbage. The people that run this place should be ashamed, but I know they're not. I will not be playing here again and recommend others to not either. I should have read these reviews before I ever went there.

I like the promotions that are available. To be rewarded for using Bitcoin is a plus. Yet your actually dinged on it by having to play more for a play through bonus. Overall friendly support just not quick enough.

I’m not exaggerating, it’s been over a month I’ve had this account.. I’ve yet to have my information verified so I can withdraw my funds. Other casinos you are able to call and contact someone about this. It’s been four weeks of me getting the run around to verify ONE credit card. I can only imagine when I ask to be paid out. Once everything’s withdrawn I’ll close the account.

This place is like your local grocery store... friendly, informative and most of all respectful. I've made several deposits and withdrawals and only one time during the verification I was not pleased. My withdrawals stay pending for 24 hours which is not that bad. Once processed, MY bank is credited within 24 hours. My chat with support with support is above the norm, first class people. Bonus terms are above the friendly level. Would I give them an 11/10? no... but 10/10 is warranted

I am not happy with the withdrawal limits here. Even though they raised mine, it is still too low for me to make higher deposits. The game selection for me is perfect but others may not like a few key providers that are missing.

I have placed a withdrawal on the 20th of October for $300 and it's still pending have been sending emails but no response. Live chat has said they will escalate it but when I followed up the agent said the escalation has received no feedback. After reading all the reviews, I almost start thinking I have been playing at another casino than other people.
I made a deposit with Bitcoin, went through very fast under two minutes. I lost my deposit, but I got some free spins that had 5x wager and no Max cashout. I won 1535$ and requested a withdrawal. The kyc of my account was completed in under 10 minutes. My withdrawal took a bit longer around 7 days, and I got them in my Bitcoin wallet same day it got approved. So I was very happy about that. Started winning in 2020. Now I have to go through customer service which is clueless. Since I am ahead of the casino they now have made me an Advanced Skilled Player. I can only pick from 3 coupons, which were 20X playthrough and no max cash out. I got my winnings 2 weeks ago, which took 2 months, thanks to ASKGAMBLERS, and I finally won again on Saturday, but they had changed my coupons to 40X playthrough and only 10X deposit. Which mean I made a $35 deposit had to play it 40X and could only cash out $350. It is apparent this casino does not want my business anymore. It took 7 years to start winning. I lose money waiting on my pendings and cannot recoup it with those coupon terms. Sad part is after all this loyalty no one told me anything. Layout of site is good, games are good. Payouts little bit slow, but have had no issues with this site. Live chat swift and helpful. Playthrough requirements are reasonable, bonuses are good, and unlike other casinos when you win they do not (or have not yet) stopped me taking bonus.

Nothing really else to report that I don't like at this site, and was surprised when I saw the negative reviews.

- Welcome bonus, but you'll see why this is actually a con.

- They USED to have live support. At least then you could talk to somebody, but that was over two weeks ago.

- Casino does not have any support available unless you deposit. You can not reach them by live chat or phone, and their e-mail servers do not work so your e-mails will be rejected.

- Over 14 days and counting, still no payout on my $100 winnings on a welcome bonus.

-When I first started on the casino, their support e-mails responded. After I completed the entire identification and verification process, they no longer respond to any of my e-mails.

Stay away. Everything about this casino says scam, especially the information they request for certain withdrawal methods.

A great variety of games and good software. Good response times on chat and emails. Great bonuses and on a good day it is easy to win. Network availability is good.

It takes forever to get paid. No matter how many times you escalate it does no good. I switched back to Sloto'Cash casino even though I had an issue with them they do payout in a couple of weeks. I don't understand why the long delays. A simple SQL query or daily report should be all it takes to verify the winnings and a simple check for documents. They take your cash instantly and then require weeks and even months to pay you. RIDICULOUS!

I actually won money, and after collecting winnings of 6k, I was downgraded from VIP1, and am no longer allowed to use promotions. The T&C claims if you are deemed by the casino to be a "professional" you cannot play with promotions (bonuses). This is ridiculous. It goes without saying we all play and at times pay good money in order to actually win. Also, my winnings were $14k. I gave 8k BACK to the casino.

Regarding payouts: the entire process was beyond brutal. I asked upon joining what I could proactively do to expedite any winning withdrawals. I was provided only the credit card authorization form. After winning, I had to come to Askgamblers for help to get my money. The casino makes it extremely hard to get your winnings, and they violated their T&C regarding payouts.

Regarding customer service: All the casino hosts are extremely pleasant. That said, they can provide nothing more than scripted, canned responses of "will escalate", "check back in 3 days", only to be told again "will escalate" and "check back in 3 days" and on and on. I have saved chats that are pages long, with nothing but unhelpful communication.

After I joined they actually removed their phone support, and responses to emails ceased. So you can only chat with very nice folks who can't provide real answers.

I gave it 6 stars cause despite the horror stories I have read about the casino, I have had no issues what do ever with them. I’m convinced the wait times are a way to get players to cancle withdrawals, and borrow from winnings, which in sadly what I did in multiple occasions. Eventually ending at 2000, I had to practice pactience and self control. Long story short, I ended up having a check mailed, which from start to finish took about 2 months to get. But none the less, I did indeed receive my winnings. Properly reads terms and conditions and be patient, you will get your payout.

They always email me back the next day, and I have won huge jackpots on their newer games, and I really hope they pay me out the $20K i have withdrawn. As long as I get paid out I will be happy to do business with them again.

The Hoops they make you jump through are ridiculous. I had to join a new bank because they will not wire money to Wells Fargo. They don't allow any phone calls, everything is via email or Live-chat. This would be fine if they were able to answer all questions correctly. I have provided them with all of the extensive information multiple times, and whenever I try and Live-chat with someone they always tell me they need a document or information that I have already provided. I am expecting 7 payouts of $2500 and then 1 $1000 payout and 1 $1500 payout. I would prefer to just have 8 $2500 payouts but I am worried if I change anything, they will start the process all over again. If they cannot make wire payments to large banks like Wells Fargo, they should make you aware of this before accepting your money.

Planet 7 is by far the worst online casino I tried using a coupon code that they sent me via text it wouldn’t work so I tried live help first person said I had 2 accounts I asked how is that possible I showed him text he ended conversation without explaining anything so another person finally come on she said idk what he was talking about and transferred me to deposit person she looked into my account while she was doing that I showed her text asked her why there deposits were so high she come back on and said I’m kicked off there casino for good and hung up talk about some very unsportsmanlike acts well there online casino is very shady and wouldn’t suggest playing on there also I tried emailing them to ask them why guess what can’t find email now it’s blocked also

I like that this casino has free spins. I also appreciate that there are great games to play and bonuses. Unless you're an "expert," player like me (which I think just means you've actually received winnings) and then you're only allowed to use limited amounts of bonus codes.
