The minimum deposit for every method is €20, which is very much in line with industry standards. The minimum withdrawal is also €20 for all methods except bank transfers and Litecoin, which have a much harsher minimum of €50. 

Fiat currencies have a maximum deposit of €1,750 per transaction, while cryptocurrency deposits can go up to €5,000 per transaction.

Dublinbet has a fairly low weekly maximum withdrawal limit of €4,000 which might not suit high rollers, especially as per-transaction limits are €1,750 for MiFinity and €2,000 for bank transfers and crypto. Withdrawal times are listed as 48 hours for bank transfers, and instant for all other methods, although when looking through the T&Cs I read that it can take up to 24 hours for withdrawal requests to be approved. This timeframe can also depend on your VIP status. 

This was pretty accurate to my experience. I used my MiFinity wallet to deposit funds, and after I requested my withdrawal, my funds landed in just under four hours. 

However, it’s worth noting that withdrawals of more than €1,000 will trigger additional KYC checks and might take longer. 

To comply with anti-money laundering regulations, Dublinbet will carry out KYC checks on all its members to verify their identity.

Unfortunately, the live chat is only available to registered members, and it’s not 24/7. Players logged into their accounts can be connected to a live chat agent every day between 8:30 AM and 01:00 AM CET. 

This is especially inconvenient for players located in different time zones, whose main playing hours may not overlap with this availability. 

There is also no phone number and it seems the live chat is only available in English, which is a shame as it makes accessing support much harder for those who don’t speak the language.

My actual experience of reaching out to the support team was solid. The live chat button is at the top of the page, right next to my account balance, and I had to fill in my name, email address and query to open up a chat.

I wasn’t sure why I needed to provide this information when it’s linked to my account anyway, but at least it didn’t take long to fill in. My queue position was four, and I was connected with Elise in almost 15 minutes.
