Crazy Luck Casino - No payment issued after extensive delays

I requested a withdrawal of $91.80 on June 30 (image attached).

After waiting well past the processing period listed in the casino terms (image attached), the live chat agents said they were referring my case to an "account manager."

I then received an email dated August 30 stating that my payment would be issued early the following week (image attached).

Now that another entire week has gone by, I have attempted to follow up but the live chat agents now say they can't help me and I am not receiving any replies when emailing the casino.

Crazy Luck Casino - Never paid from Nov 2023 request

I requested a payout of $702 in November 2023.

This amount was the approved amount to be able to request a withdrawal per customer service.

Since then I've been lied to saying I'm getting paid this week, next week, I'm next in line for the payouts going out, it's being processed now, it's been escalated to priority, it's being taken care of, don't worry your money is being deposited on Monday because they don't work weekends and so on. It's still in the requested stage and has not even been looked at. I can't begin to count the # of emails sent to support, management, and the financial department requesting answers, all ignored.

I questioned through chat daily until about a month ago now my chats won't be even acknowledged at all.

They took my deposits and now holding my winnings.

I had originally at 1st won $40 which they paid in 2 days. Then after several more deposits and completing all of the requirements for this $702 payout, I'm now ignored for 3 months.

I requested a payout in February which was rejected.

Then I requested it again it was rejected again then I requested it again and I found out that the reason it was supposedly rejected was because they had internal issues.

Crazy Luck Casino - Will not payout winnings to me

I am owed 3 different payouts, total amount of $1,795.00 from crazyluck casino. Earliest payout pending since May 29, 2022.

It's been 4 1/2 months and counting. I've been asked to give an "updated btc address" at least 15 times. I have gotten every excuse under the sun.

Worst part after being in queue for 2 months waiting they tell me one day "Thanks for waiting, give us an updated BTC, it's getting processed"…. So I do that… And also make a new deposit, lose it… Few days goes by, I never get any payout. I ask and suddenly I'm back in the queue. And they will let me know.

I was told over and over that it would be paid within a few days, and was being processed. Only to have the week pass, check-in, and be right back to square 1.

I played a $50 free chip bonus with Crazy luck. Upon winning $75 and meeting playthrough requirements I requested a payout. I was told that to authorize my payout I had to make a $25 deposit. I did this. I had a total of $100 in my balance and played $10. I then asked what I was able to withdraw and they said all of my balance with was $90. I requested that on July 26th. I waited 2 days and heard nothing and received nothing. I messaged the casino and was told that I still needed to verify. So I sent in all my documents and proceeded to wait another 7-10 days as they said was needed to be verified. After 7 days I began to inquire again and was told it took 5-7 days to verify. From that point I keep messaging and I am told that I am in the que, that they are having Bitcoin wallet issues, that I'm in the que again, that the wallet issue was fixed and I was in the que, that there again are Bitcoin wallet issues, that I'm in the que, and over and over to be patient. Crazy Luck Casino - Still no payout after a month

It has been almost a month now since I made two deposits of $25 dollars into the casino. I played for an hour and got up to $57 and decided to cashout. I used my crypto.com account as my payout wallet. I waited two weeks due to their "5-7" day process times so they claim. It has been 2 days shy of a month and 6 chat requests, even after I proved my identity, and they keep beating around the bush claiming, "you will see it in 5-7 business days". Then close chat. I play casino Crazy Luck since January 2013.
I love their machines especially those 3 reel, actually if you bet slowly, they take time to redistribute and it is not unusual to have some nice surprises.
When this is often lost due to impatience because high playtroughs are not always easy to achieve, especially by focusing small.

In terms of payments, I have made several withdrawals Neteller and those have always been honored, even if sometimes it took a little longer than usual.

Promotions are regular and very interesting, if you become VIP you will have reduced set of conditions.

I see here that some players have had problems of payment? They have never been paid? and I do not really understand.

I also never cashed large sums, but I remain convinced that if I were to hit the jackpot, my winnings will be paid.

Crazy luck is up to their famous lock you out of the cashier page when you hit your playthrough. Refuse to answer you on chat. Same thing they have been doing for years now. I don't know how they didn't loose their license yet?

They call you on the phone all the time wanting you to play in their unlimited cash out bonuses but beware if you win they will not talk to you especially if you win more than a couple hundred dollars. I don't know who this guy is above that gave them 9 or 10 stars, must be a friend of theirs.

They always play the same tricks with you when you win, lock you out of the cashier or make your cashier page blank or show no promotion and the withdraw tab won't work.
I got ripped before from this place and I thought they might have changed over the years but they are the same scammers that have been there for ever it seems and still running a casino ripping people off daily.

Don't waste your time with this place, take my word on it! Sooner or later you will win and get ripped off.

Crazy luck casino is part of the rival gaming portal. And had a free play promotional offer when i joined this casino . Rival is famous for its bonuses and that is why i play on almost all the casinos from this portal. I got registered on this casino and took the bonus from the cashier and the rival casinos do not give any problems when it comes to claiming the bonus. Got 200 as a no deposit bonus for the players joining for the first time.

I lost the no deposit bonus in the slots only and i had done 2 deposits on this casino as it is one of my favourite casinos from the rival group. And i won money only from the last deposit which was of 35 and i did not claim any signup bonus apart from the no deposit bonus which i got in the beginning. Most of the casino with free play from the rival have 200 free bets offer only. Did not last any long with the free play but the real money deposits were my real shots and there i played with patience and according to my bankroll and got lucky and won good money from the slots. And i realized that the pay on money was good on real money if compared when playing with the free bets because then i was constantly losing. Slots are their strongest point and video slots were good to but not as good as three reel slots. I would love to see some new games in the three reel slots section because honestly i am bored playing the same games again and again.

This is one of the finest casinos from the rival gaming group. Although i lost one deposit but recovered from the second one and really nice slots if you have patience and bank roll management is very important here because games take some time to pay you back.

Crazy Luck casino is run by Rival software. I haven't played here in a very long time and have almost forgotten about this casino. I made an account here a few years ago in the time this casino was founded.

I decided to do that for several reasons. The first if I remember correctly was that the casino offered over 200 euros no deposit bonus for new players. That’s a really tempting bonus which I just couldn't resist. Than as a second reason I really liked the name of the casino. Crazy Luck casinoreally does sound good. Another reason were the Rival games.

At that time I mostly played in casinos that offered this software provider. I played here several times. Of course my first attempt was with a no deposit bonus. Some time after that I decided to make my first deposit here. It was a minimum 25 euros deposit and I took one of the bonuses from their offer. This one just like the trial with the no deposit bonus ended up with no success and after a while I lost all of my money here. But I kept playing here. After 5 - 6 attempts without success I finally managed to get a withdrawal here. After that withdrawal I stopped playing here.

Everyone knows that the withdrawal processes in Rival casinos last very long. But in that matter Crazy Luck is worse than all of the other Rival casinos. I can't remember how much exactly but it was well over 3 weeks before I got my money. During that time I contacted live chat support several times. I don’t know the situation at that time with the casino but their live chat was very bad.

Overall even though I got paid eventually this was one of the worst experiences ever. That is why Crazy Luck isn't a casino I recommend.

Crazy luck casino using games from Rival, and it is under rated software, probably because there is too many shady softwares with this slots.

I played at Crazy luck casino two times, first time I played in this casino with no deposit of 25$, I think many Rival casinos give no deposit bonus just for registering, since I was able to get a lot of such bonuses. I played with my 25$ really long time, having fun with many new for me games, and was able to finish wagering requirements for this bonus with 120$ on my account, but max withdrawal for this bonus was 100$, and also live chat customer support told me that i need to deposit 20$. This is typical thing when you win from no deposit bonus, so I go ahead and made 20$ deposit, after this I request payout of 120$ and start waiting. By the way I deposit and payout with Moneybookers, probably it is important. After 2 days passed I got email asking for my documents, and I sent it right away. Next day my documents were approved, and after 3 more days passed I get email from Skrill that I get paid, 6 days in total, not sure should I be happy with such payout time or not, but I see some other players have complaints that they did not get paid at all, so I am really should be happy that I get paid from no deposit bonus winnings.

Also I played once with my real money deposit, but unfortunately luck was not on my side and I was not able to try withdrawal one more time.

I rate crazy luck with 6 stars, because some players have bad experience, and I can not rate this casino higher. But my experience was not so bad, probably because I played long time ago.

Has anyone ever been paid from Crazyluck? I am waiting for a stupid max cashout of $303 plus my $25 deposit for a total of a whopping $328. I can not play until they pay.

So far chat support has come up with every delay tactic possible. I managed to get Shane on the phone by hiding my number when I called. I closed every loophole while I had him on the line including emailing my documents (a third time) which he opened while still on the phone with me. He stated accounting was not available giving no reason on a Thursday morning around 11am. Guess they take their two martini lunches early. He did promise me I would get paid in two days. Would that be Saturday or Monday?

I have played in this casino and I have won 1500 on 25th Jan 2014 and I have sent my documents on 26th and on 27th I got the mail that they have verified my docs and I will got money soon. And on 1st Feb 2014 I got my money in my bank account.
