3 Withdrawals dating back from March

I have 3 withdrawals from Crazy Luck Casino which say pending from March 2022, April 2022, and August 2022. I have spoke to representatives countless times about this and always get same answers, "I will personally escalate this situation so you will receive payments within days. I have attached a screenshot of the withdrawals as proof.
