No payment issued after extensive delays
I requested a withdrawal of $91.80 on June 30 (image attached).
After waiting well past the processing period listed in the casino terms (image attached), the live chat agents said they were referring my case to an "account manager."
I then received an email dated August 30 stating that my payment would be issued early the following week (image attached).
Now that another entire week has gone by, I have attempted to follow up but the live chat agents now say they can't help me and I am not receiving any replies when emailing the casino.
