I've been playing on the bonus welcome money for over a week now. One game I've played has me at over 30,000 in winnings but I hover at just around 400 give or take 50. My betsoft balance in this time with all the play is at 64% and it sounds as if I will be accused of cheating and or lying if I try to withdraw..this is why I never ever pay to play, I first check it out with free chips and see what happens. I don't like my chances here and I won't give them a dime especially seeing the 30,000 in winnings but my play hovers at 400... Something is very off here..

Well they have the games I like to play. There is a large selection and they provide some very good bonuses. Do not accept a bonus until you read their terms and conditions.

When you deposit there is a drop down to pick a bonus...you have no idea what the rules are for the bonus because there is nothing on the page to tell you. Well I took a bonus. Was playing Slot Angels and I hit $103,000...yeah $103,000. I get through the play through on the bonus which was massive and still have a balance of $108,000... it transfers it from bonus over to real play and I received only 1x the bonus amount. Yeah 1x....that may have been something you let a player know before they deposit given how many sites give bonuses that only allow for 1x the bonus withdrawal?!!!!

So oh well I am still ahead...except it has been 1.5 weeks...I open a ticket for a withdrawal. They close the ticket as resolved after doing nothing. I open the ticket again... marked resolved. Worst casino in terms of withdrawal! Request payout almost 3 weeks now. Submitted documents two weeks ago. Until now no response from them.

Recently I came across a very generous free chip offer - 255€ from Always Cool Casino. It has Betsoft software so I thought this would nice way to try this casino. I signed up and used flash play. Then I went to promotion section and when I tried to claim this chip, I saw that they have another promotion running - 10€free chip for Live games. Well I am a huge fan of live dealer games and mostly I am more successful in them than in slots, so I was very happy to claim it instead.

With my 10€ I went to live games. I played them for about 2 hours, my bets varied from 1€ - 5€ (on each seat), I played on 3 seats.I managed to get my balance up to 40€, but overall I spent 3 hours playing there and from the wagering of 800€ I managed to wager 770€ until got busted, it is so frustrating! But what is more frustrating..When the dealer had card change, I read their terms and conditions, just to waste my time, and then I saw the bonus section terms, and there was a huge list of countries, including mine, which cannot take any free chips and in case of winnings, the money will be confiscated. I spent 3 hours on a bonus I almost wagered for just nothing. Okay, I know I should have read the terms earlier, but what I don't understand is -why can I redeem a bonus and play it, wager it and why there is shown how much I've wagered, if I actually cannot have any free chip?

If the player bets and loses $50 dollars, his or her cash balance would be $50 dollars and bonus balance would still be $ 24, as the losses are taken out of the cash balance/deposit of $24 first.

Is it me or is that a strange example to give? The $24 and 24% match thing was odd.
