Under Water is one of the games where the background image and animations are more beautiful than what’s on the reels. We get an insight into the water life and because the reels are transparent the whole picture is visible and can see different kind of fishes and hydrophytes. For me the symbols are a little bit static and not too attractive as they try to illustrate diving equipment, shells, seahorse or starfish. Of course the blue dominates the screen and I like how the fishes are just swimming through the screen. Overall, the game has a pleasant view but the game figures could be more detailed and nicer.

Unlike other SkillOnNet games here the Jackpot of the slot is 10.000 coins which is surprisingly good and generous. 5 Seahorse character could make us happy if 5 of them would form a winning line. Scatters can activate free spins but the winnings are doubled only when 2 Scatters appear on the screen triggering 2 free games. In every other free spin situation there is no multiplier involved. I really can’t understand why can’t let the multiplier to do its job in every format of extra spin (I understand, just don’t like it). So the free games can be form 2 spins to 20 spins and the feature (or any other extra) can be re-triggered. Wild is just substituting symbol and doesn’t pay itself and it’s another thing that bothers me to why a multiplier function isn’t attached to it.

Under Water is not a bad game and the shortcomings it has are not necessarily the slot’s fault (much more the developers). The typical SON negatives are found here too, but despite all of these it can entertain me and find very great the visual appearance that can give me an enjoyable and relaxing atmosphere. If you look for a slot game that can give an overall excitement and has the ability to make you rich then sorry to say that but you have to move on because you definitely don’t find your target game here.
