The support is really bad. The chat is almost never available. I haven't receive answers to my questions via email, my withdrawal via Trustly is pending the whole time. I uploaded all documents and received the verified email but no withdrawal. So, as I said, a good collection of games, a lot of payment options but a really bad support.

If you want a site with quick withdrawals this isn't the one.
