For a 40-paylines game, the minimum starting bet is set at 0.50 per spin, with no option to reduce or select the paylines, so like it or not, players have to pay an extra 0.10 per spin for nothing! Sheesh! The play area comes in a 5x4 grid format, but this is now acceptable to me. What still isn't acceptable, is the blardy extremely low paytable of the game! Imagine getting 5 Wilds on a payline and it pays only 10x the total bet! What the argh! Getting 5 Wilds is never easy at all, so getting paid 10x the total bet is absolutely not worth it at all either! Not only that, the Scatter symbols are non-paying, the TNT Bonus symbols are also non-paying, and the regular symbols pay from 3x to 1x the total bet for any 5 of them. With such a ridiculous paytable, expect to lose 90% of the time!
Getting 2 or 3 of the Bonus symbols award the Pirate Attack Bonus game, whereby 2 or 3 cannon shots are fired, adding Wild symbols onto the reels. Sometimes this bonus feature would pay not too badly, but most times it would pay very disappointingly! Getting 3 Scatter symbols award 1 of 3 feature games - Free Spins, Treasure Hunt or Cash. Pick one of the 3 Scatter symbols to reveal 1 of the 3 options. This again proved to be very disappointing most of the time! The Cash win is totally hopeless, with just a flat 2x total bet win, but the Treasure Hunt and the Free Spins feature may or may not pay good. Yeah, most time, they are very disappointing!
