Zulabet Casino - Long verification, misleading communication and avoiding to process withdrawal of €500

Please find the entire process detailed below.

1. On 9.02.2023 I have requested a withdrawal of 500 EUR

2. Same day, on 9.02.2023 I was asked to provide documents for KYC (ID, POA, photos of 2 cards used for depositing, screenshot from my bank account to prove ownership)

3. Few hours later on 9.02.2023 I provided the operator with photo of ID, selfie, photo of bank statement, pdf with the bill from internet provider, photos of 1 card used for depositing and screenshot from online banking showing required details

4. 10.02.2023 I received an email with request to provide better selfie, additional foto of ID, POA* and additional docs for another card I used for depositing few months earlier.

*Proof of address such as electricity bill, water bill, bank statement (no digital) or any government document issued must be showing name, address, making ensure that the full document must be clearly visible and issue date should not be older than 6 months and in original pdf file.

5. 13.02.2023 - I have sent them missing photo of ID, photos of another card used for depositing and reminded them that they have already received the photo of bank statement (in 'no digital' version, attached in the email from 9.02.2023)

6. 14.02.2023 - I've sent them a selfie in required form

7. 20.02.2023 (yes, it took them 6 days to reply) - they asked me to provide a statement in a digital form. In point 4. I quoted their msg stating that bank statement does not have to be in digital form.

8. I explained them that I am not receiving a statement in digital form, and asked for alternative.

9. 21.02.2023 - I received another email stating that the POA should be.

We would like to request from you a Proof of address document in the form of household Uility Bill (gas/water/elec/internet etc.)

10. On the same day I've sent them latest bill for the internet (again)

11. 23.02.2023 - they changed their mind and informed me by email that they do not accept internet bills

12. 24.02.2023 - I managed to get a digitally issued statement from my bank and forwarded to Zulabet.

4 days passed and again, there's no sign of contact from them, in spite the fact that agents claim that they are processing documents within 72 hours.

Good promotions. There are PLENTY of promotions at all times, at least 5-10 at all times. Easy and fast withdrawal, no documents needed. Clear and easy to use page.

Well, there are a lot of promotions, but as soon as you win anything from them, you will be limited to 10€ by their "traders department". I got limited the NEXT DAY from registering, after making 2 bets that happened to win. It wasn't even a big sum, but of course they can't keep these all these promotions and not limit players, because they would win too much.

Decent amount of games. Site looks okay. Customer service was quick to answer, even though they really could not help much. There really is not much else good to say..

BE AWARE. This site will try everything to keep you from actually withdrawing your winnings. They have 3 days of processing time for withdrawals and they only allow 500€/day of withdrawals. Unlimited deposits of course. All of this is designed to make you lose the money before they reach your bank account.

Okayish amount of games, live casino and sports bets available, but no private table and the odds are better at other sites. But at least no 5% taxes on sports bets.

One definitely does not think much of player protection here. Deactivate cancellation of payouts (via customer support) not possible and will not be introduced. (Otherwise there could be players who actually pay out and don't cancel and lose everything again). Likewise, it is not possible to block an account or take a break from playing until an open withdrawal is done which takes at least 3 days. Why this is not possible, no one could answer me, they just want that no payout is made. Loss limit does not exist of course, who would have suspected it.
Better look for a casino that takes player protection seriously and doesn't want to take your money out of your pocket!

Depositing was easy with Trustly. The site seems clear & logical to use, if only it would work. I didn’t manage to win or cashout, so can’t say anything about that.

The site doesn’t work properly. It’s very clumsy and has obviously some bugs. During my playing, I got several times kicked out of the game I was playing, and even from the whole site. Then I had to log back in to the site and/or the game. Very disturbing. Also at least in Netent games, when playing with mobile phone, it is almost impossible to change bet without exiting the whole game - the tool to adjusting the bet and the cross to exit the whole game are placed almost on top of each other. Turning your device doesn’t help. Also it is made difficult to self-exclude. You cannot do it yourself among the other responsible gaming tools; you need to contact the chat. Maybe the site works better on laptop - I don’t know. Closed my account.

Easy to use, looks nice, lot of games. Customer service is always open and you get answers fast. Lot of promotions and offers for new and old customers.

Big problems with deposits. I have been waiting for 6 hours for my deposit to be processed and I still don't have the money on my account. This major issue makes it hard for me to keep playing via Zulabet.

Lots of games and lots of deposit options, and many sports you can bet on: from hockey to baseball, basketball, soccer and any sport you can imagine including football. The choices are endless.

What I don't like and this is the 2nd time this happens is when you deposit the casino finds a way to not process you deposit. They claim its in holding, and want you to provide screenshots of your account. I for 1 am not a big fan of providing such details and this is why I only use an account that holds minimal amounts. This makes it way to easy to fraud you out of your money and the recourse is really minimal. In my case I wont be returning to this casino as I don't like the casino practices. I enjoy playing casinos but only the ones that have a reputable track record and thus far this 1 does not qualify as such.
