Page 4 – Player Reviews for ZenCasino

I really like this casino great variety of games lovely customer service, currently waiting for my withdrawal to be processed hopefully doesn't take to long to receive

I like the veriety of the providers and games. Also the layout is very nice. Verification was extremely fast! Within 10 minutes I was verified. Live chat friendly and fast

The waiting time for a withdrawal. And I found it very difficult to find my withdrawal in the menu on my mobile. Sometimes the website was a bit slow.

I liked the huge selection of slots from well-known providers. Also convenient and intuitive interface of the casino.

I did not like that there are no Russian payment systems such as QIWI and Yandex Money. Another very big minus is the conclusion of 24 hours. The rest of the casino left a good impression, especially responsive Russian-language support. Fix the minus and I'll be happy to play in your casino.

Hello, so the big advantage is the appearance of the website and colors and a large selection of slot machines and a large selection of sports betting what little when it happens casinos

The casino has one disadvantage - it is too long waiting for a withdrawal request. but I hope it will be improved. and players will enjoy the casino without flaws

Hello, so the big advantage is the appearance of the website and colors and a large selection of slot machines and a large selection of sports betting what little when it happens casinos

and the only disadvantage is the waiting time for WITHDRAW and the lack of Polish live chat but these are trifles that can be ruined and enjoy a certain 100% casino

excellent support for all devices
slot diversity
convenient interface
verification immediately upon
real opportunity to win
very kind costumer service and they take your wish seriously.

I have nothing to say regarding the negative side. The only thing I would recommend is to improve the interface of the platform which is not very intuitive but otherwise it is fine as it is

I just registered and with a little money I won a lot. The site is well done. There is so much difficulty in choosing games. Congratulations to all Zen Casino staff!

I have nothing to say regarding the negative side. The only thing I would recommend is to improve the interface of the platform which is not very intuitive but otherwise it is fine as it is!

I recently won a large amount of money in this casino and wanted to withdraw it to skill and it was no problem at all to add skill as a withdrawal option. (it prefers you to withdraw money to places you used to deposit with for safety). And the withdrawal times are very fast as well!

Something I found to be a bit confusing is where I could find tickets I created to request help or ask a question. But that's not a huge deal. But it did take me a good two minutes to get there. But now, I know where to find it, so it is no issue at all.

Very quick verification within minutes :) Fastest I have ever seen
Good and fun selection of games!
Very kind costumer service and they take your wish seriously.

The layout of the pending withdrawals was a bit messy on my phone and also some of my favorite slots are missing but everything else is just plain great!

I really like the customer support, they answer everything quick and are kind. I also like the quick withdrawal times. Also the casino is available from a wide variety of devices.

Some of my favourite games are not available. But on the other hand: it has A LOT of other great games that I do like. So that's not really an issue.

Zen casino is great. It was easy to deposit money, play great games and then just withdraw winnings! Highly recommend!!
Very easy and quick verification. There was a lots of bonuses available. And the withdrawal was pretty fast too. Good choice of deposit methods.

Little minus on customer service. Could be more games as well. There was not exactly my favorite games so would be nice If there was Megaways® for example.

Amazing casino, very simple and fast browsing, wide selection of many and beautiful slots, and the assistance service is quick and polite, I recommend it !!!

This is one of the best casinos which i played recently. I verified my account quickly. Good and big welcome bonuses. Support is very good, polite and helpful. I like how they separate bonus and real money. They have a lot of providers.

Very good choice of games. Very quick verification and easy to do it. Lots of bonuses available. Fast withdrawal. Good choice of deposit methods . The way of bonuses very good.

Only the captcha when you are making deposit to check if you are not robot is making the system to work slower. On top of that very good casino and hard to fail them in anything

Really great variations of Slots on this Casino.
The Customer support is really good
And the process of the documents are really quick to thats a big + for me.

I have not bumped in to anything bad yet, maby the only negative thing is that some slots are restricted in my country, but that dont bother me to much,

To start with: Alot of games! And nice payouts aswell!
Best parts: Verification took about 5 minutes to get approved. Live chat 24/7 that is very nice!
Their bonus is also really good terms if u want to try it I only used 1. And u get like 4 bonuses on your first 4 deposits. You chose to play with real money or bonus balance so if u win for ur real money u still can cash it out.
They got play n go that is my favorite provider!

Overall they got alot of games, fast loading times and alot of deposit methods. Live chat is very fast responding and I have used them in the day and night time and they answer me within 15 seconds both times. Better then most of the casinos I would say!

One of my new favorite casinos!

I would recommend this casino to other friends because it feels like they got fair payout and u got a fair chance here.
I lost some deposits but then I finally won big!

As of now I cant say anything bad about this casino. Everything and every single moment I just have had fun and enjoyed this casino.
The provider netent and pragmatic is restricted for my country but that is not the casinos fault thats my countries rules.

Great Casino. Superb support. Great selection of games.
I really like that the balances are in two different parts when they offer you a bonus.
However, keep in mind that in order to claim the bonus, you have to wager it first and you cannot withdraw bonus winnings. Only the initial bonus amount becomes real money after completing the wagering requirement. On the other hand you can always withdraw you real balance and the winnings connected to it.

Great casino with many providers. Also my favorite games from EGT are available. Works on the phone and computer flawlessly. Very nice and competent live chat. Extremely fast verification - I have never seen so fast. Could be my favorite casino.

No problems discovered so far. Small problems with the German side - unclear designation for payout in the twenty four hour waiting period. But was informed by live chat immediately and very friendly.

ZenCasino is User-Friendly. It has a nice Lay-Out plus Verification Process is almost instantly.
You can choose whether you want a Bonus or not. The Site itself is easy to navigate.

I would recommended for no-Strict Area global Players.

Also the Live Chat(Customerservice) is quite helpful here.

I really like this casino that provides huge initial bonus and fast withdrawals.

I also like the crypto deposit possibility.

Nothing until now thats a trustable provider of providers.

This casino is a great place to spend some money and time at. It is the quickest verification I have ever seen.
Very friendly and quick live help. A lot of games to play. Quick payout - what is not to like.

Finally! A casino with automatic verification system! I have been a member of probably 100+ casinos and this is the first time I have come across this. So easy and you can watch the status in live time, so waiting, verifying, verified and all within a minute or two. You have to verify to get your bonus so I was expecting days of waiting, but no!

Great game selection and excellent welcome package. Wagering requirements are only on the bonus rather than d+b like a lot of others.

Support is super quick and responsive.

Can't believe I haven't found them until now!

Haven't completed a withdrawal yet, but hopefully I'll be more lucky in the future.

Unable to set my own limits so have just frozen my account for now.

One other thing is when making a deposit, it loads a little slow which can cause you to accidentally click the wrong deposit method so have to go back, but you just have to be patient.

I really like the amount of games on the site, and the bonuses are good. In addition the verification process and withdrawal time is really fast compared to other sites. There is nothing to complain about and I would really recommend this site to everyone.

A very good casino fast withdrawal and fun games.
Live chat is super sweet e helpful. I love this casino

I like that verification is automated and works very well. No need to wait like typically. Also looks like no problems with withdraw. Im happy.

Everything! Fast verification great customer service great payouts and many different providers. Verification took me 10 minutes

Large selection of slot providers. Availability of sports betting. Support is always ready to help with your questions. Fast payment processing.

Strange no deposit bonus * 45. After the conditions on your account balance is reset and you are charged 5 euros.

So I made an account and managed to win some money. As I knew I had to verify my account, so I uploaded the requested documents. I asked live support how long it should take and it was verified within one minute, absolutely amazing! Furthermore the withdrawel process is very quick, the live support knows where they are talking about. The layout of this casino is also amazing, with plenty of games to choose of. I would defenitely reccomend playing at this casino.

Friendly and pleasant web-site and fast verification. Live chat was very helpful, because I couldn't register from first step. Very wide providers selection. They have my best providers Play'n'go and Spinomenal. Bonus system is very generous, 150% from first deposit. I've got real joy to play my favorite slots.

Good game selection, and fast account verification, support is always available. Authorize the use of VPN to play restricted games in your country

This casino has one of the worst bonus systems on the market:
1- 45x bonus wager
2- Only two suppliers can be played with bonus money
3- After completing the wager, only passes to real money the bonus received (scam),
you can finish the wager with 1000 euros in the account, but if the received bonus was 10 euros is that amount that passes to real money
4- After completing the wager you still have to bet 70% of the initial deposit or else you have to pay 15% fee to make a withdrawal.
So be careful if you decide to use the bonus

Now as we speak of payments, I was informed that I opened the account that for members AskGamblers, the withdrawals were immediate, BIG surprise, when I requested the withdrawal I was told that I would receive quickly only if I made a *honest* review in AskGamblers approval honestly they wanted to say good, otherwise I would only receive 24 hours later. So Zen casino try to buy nice reviews from players, with me this doesn't work.
As my withdrawal was only small for testing, I reversed it .
Of course i have lost all balance very fast, because the nice wins that you get when play whit bonus money disappear, and the huge number of features that you get whit bonus money pass to rare.

Good Luck to all
