I like the interface, it was quite easy to operate. The withdrawals are also fast, I was able to withdraw my sum just within 24 hours, for me it's a nice moment.

The casino has a lot of games available, but that really is the only thing going for it. I am hardpressed to add any further aspects which may be considered positive.
There are numerous things here which are an absolute Nogo. First of all the web disign is hard to navigate. By having their own thumbnails for each game it is hard to find the game you want. The filter function does not work properly. I put in Relax Gaming and was also shown Push and BTG games. So very difficult to find the game you want.
Payments are a desaster, I deposited with credit card when the payment gateway went offline and from then on it was impossible to continue depositing, a casino must have a decent payment system. Live Chat is available 24/7 but the answers are basically stereotype and generic. What is absolutely inacceptable is that there is no way to view your game history. No joke, they don´t store the game history so you cant review past games. I have never seen any casino which does not offer this, totally scandalous. Gameplay for me was poor, lost 100 EUR in record time without any bonus round on Microstakes so that sums up a ***** experience. I would not recommend anybody to play here or at the sister site
People play at Zen for the service. Its not that it offers anything crazy new, but its slick and easy. The difference is that customer service WILL get back to me every time, and if there is a problem they solve it right then and there. Love coming to this casino
Nothing. I have no idea why this casino has a high rating on Askgamblers. The site is difficult to use and there are no proper explanations of many basic functions. The worst experience I have had at an online casino in my 10 years of playing.
Misleading bonus. I made the fatal error of accepting a bonus. It could only be played on Quickspin games. I played roulette with my own money, and all was fine until I decided to play the bonus on a Quickspin game. Then my own money became 'bonus' money. and I could no longer play it on any other games. When I tried to play roulette again, my balance in the game showed as $0.
I have accepted bonuses at other casinos before, and nothing like this has ever happened.
The conditions are no doubt buried in their t & c. but something as big as this should have an upfront warning.

Zen casino is a casino I joined a while ago. They were running a no deposit bonus offer of 5 eur for new players. However, in order to receive the offer you had to completely verify your account, which from one point isn't too bad, as at least then, if you decide to make a deposit, you don't have to worry about verification upon withdrawal.
At the time I managed to verify my identity but my utility bill got declined, which was strange as I use the same documentation I use for verification in most online casinos and usually don't have any problems with. Regardless, I decided not to pursue further. Until recently.

So since I had deposited already, I went to the profile section and sent another utility bill to verify. Luckily this time my utility bill got approved in less than 20 minutes and I was finally able to play with bonus funds. So first I used my bonus funds on Twin Spin, had a few decent hits but eventually the balance reached 0. Then I went back to Twin Spin with my real money balance and played it till I lost it.
Overall I had a decent time at Zen casino. At the time they have around 200 games that could be played with bonus, which is ok, but I hope to see more known games in the list. I did like the customer support and the session was smooth.
However, I find it very confusing that you're able to make a deposit but not get the bonus unless your profile is fully verified and it's not really advertised much. Also, it's very confusing to have to separate balances for game play rather than having the bonus money added to the entire balance. Won't deposit there again.

The 6-hour delay for withdrawal (no this isn't waiting time, this is a forced 6-hour delay) is a big negative. They also only process some withdrawal types during working hours, so it sucks when you make a withdrawal at noon Friday, you won't be getting that until well into next week.
Once you reach the highest VIP level, this forced delay drops to 2 hours ... site could make this clearer.
The whole interface is clunky, outdated, and just, odd to navigate, hard to find anything.
Their Terms and Conditions and FAQ contradict each other, brought this up with them but they didn't update it seems. Fine that English isn't a first language (I presume) but not when it's stating the legalities, might need a proofread?
