Here is my experience with this casino:
I deposited 2x, won 1.200€ In total, made withdrawal, sent all documents and live chat confirmed that account is fully verified and payment will be processed soon.
After that, this happened:
1. Waited for two weeks for payment of withdrawal. Sent 3 mails to support in that time asking about the withdrawal - no answer. My mails were just ignored.
2. After 2 weeks of waiting, the casino cancelled my withdrawal, just like that and without notifying me why it was cancelled or what I have to do.
3. Live chat not available anymore - standard waiting time when opening the chat is always 66 Minutes, going down to 35 and then to 18 minutes after a while. I waited even longer, refreshed the site after 75 minutes and it told me again that I have a waiting time of 66 minutes…Conclusion: there is no live chat employee anymore, it is just a scam software that makes customers leaving after a few minutes because they don‘t want to wait. If you leave a message via mail, it will not be answered, just like the mails that you write to support.
4. As mentioned - no chance to reach them via mail at all.
I just decided to gamble my winnings away (because I will not get the withdrawal anyway) and not to deal with these scammers anymore. It‘s just not worth it. I hope this casino will close soon.

I remember signing up through an affiliate for 20 no deposit spins about 2 months ago however the spins were not credited. Looking at the promotions they offer deposit bonuses on your first four deposits. I remember when I had the issue with the free spins, they offered to add the 20 spins extra to my first deposit as a gesture, but I remember I never claimed this as the wagering was too high. If I remember correctly wagering was set x40 the deposit and bonus amount, which is sky high for me to be honest.
I have not dealt with live chat, to be honest, as they were offline at the time I needed assistance, but the support responded to my emails within 1 hour outside of business hours which I appreciate and was very fast to me at least. I know of others that take up to 48 hours, which is bad!
I hope to deposit here soon and give them a try, but I will refrain from playing with bonuses. Once I test their withdrawals I will update them about my experience in that department.

Another week later I didn't received my money, all emails from me were ignored, that chat is closed immediately and my account was closed or deleted. I am in contact with the payment provider Pradexx and the license provider, to make pressure about this scammers.
