Suspended acc with 4700 euro

Deposited 300 euro from ETH wallet

After 5 hours of playing my session was interrupted with 4700+ euro on my acc.

Support answer:

We sorry, for some reason you were available to play in our website however, your country is blocked and therefore we will refund your total deposit amount.

It's absolutely unacceptable, it looks like freeroll for casino.

1. There is no any info about Russia is restricted country in their T&C. I also saved it offline version on my side.

2. When completed registration form I choose Russia as my country and selected Russian mobile phone number

3. I didn't used any VPN services

4. At AskGamblers page of casino there is no Russia in list of restricted countries

I'm absolutely sure that if I lose this dep, they didn't do anything.

I have all screenshots of my personal details in casino (country and mobile phone: Russia), and also have saved T&C pages.

Waiting for full withdrawal of my 4700 euro to my ETH wallet.
