I made a deposit using Trustly. I made a small profit (50e -> 175e) and then decided to withdraw 175e
Couple of hours later I received an email that Trustly is not working method for withdrawals, thought their F.A.Q. for withdrawals mention that it is.
I was asked to send ID, Utility Bill, VISA card photos. A Clear photo of you holdind your passport next to your face!
I don't have a VISA card, so.
Then they suggested I make a ecoPayz account and told that they don't do bank transfers either. (which also is mentioned on their F.A.Q as valid withdrawal method)
I lost my temper and wrote word "F" to chat and operator closed the chat and told me to watch my language.
