27/02 I decided to join Weiss Casino and made 3 deposits through Ethereum for a total of 2213.09 USDT.

On the said day, I started my ETH withdrawal for a total amount of 3263.09 USDT.

However, since then, my withdrawal has been on the same status: "In Progress". (even though they advertise fast withdrawals)

I went through their KYC and got my identity verified instantly.

Every time I try and talk to the customer support, I get the same automated messages that it's in process and could be delayed due to external factors. However, it's a crypto withdrawal with kyc verification, so I don't understand how it can take this long... (Deposits go through instantly). I can't seem to get any update on an ETA for this,s and seeing other reviews online of people waiting weeks or longer, I'm really worried.

Could you help me with this, please?

I have requested a withdrawal from Weiss casino 5 days ago. We are talking about crypto withdrawal which usually takes 10-15 minutes or 1 day on other sites, Weiss casino couldn't handle my withdrawal in 5 days.

I have asked the support many time about how is it going with the withdrawal, but all they answe is that it is "processing already". I highly doubt that it it processing, because if a crypto withdrawal is processing that is literally minutes to arrive. I am still able to cancel it, probably this is their trick to scam me to play more.

My account is verified and I played and risked my hard earned honest money. I don't think I deserve to be treated this way.

The amount of money isn't big, we are talking about 800$. Nothing crazy win, I have uploaded 200$ to their site.

I'm here to try you give me some support to try solve this situation with casino in the most easy way and smooth for all sides...

I creat account, made some deposit and can catch a balance of 6000 usd... With that I made a KYC without any issue reported...

After that make a withdraw (screenshot enclosed) on the same day...

Today I go to chat and say to me is on processing part and to not be worry because can take from 15 min to up 10 business days...

A few moments later I receive a email rejecting my withdraw and to create again 2 withdraws 3000 usd each. I create and in the same hour rejected again.

Because of this delays and without any apparent reason I'm here to try solve this and receive all my money with no more delays...

I have played on this casino and when I decided to withdrawal they said to me we work all days and the withdrawals processing are from 15 min up to 2-3 days, now its my 3rd day since I made the withdrawal and they won't process it to let me cancel it and loose my money again.

Such a bad attitude the casino using against the players.

I want your help to get my withdrawal, and my account is verified by the way by there kyc option.

All that the chat support says is everything is going smoothly and I will receive my withdrawal soon.

I have been trying to make a withdrawal since 24th of sep, now my last attempt to withdraw is still in-progress since 27th, and I thought that would take 15 minutes. it turned out to be days,

I think this needs to be updated and be more clear for players.

I even verified my account way long time ago, as well went through additional verification, and I noticed it is only for 2000 Euro + withdrawals while mine is less than that.

I have even asked them that I want self-exclusion, since at Weiss they don't allow requesting 2 withdrawals at the same time, and I want to protect myself from playing while waiting for my withdrawal since I have balance, and I asked If I will be able to request withdrawals via email, or if there is any way they can help with.
