Weiss Casino - 1650 usdt withdrawal pending after 4 days
Hello, I submitted a 1650 usdt withdrawal (transaction id 582552) at weiss casino on October 12 early in the morning.
Withdrawal is still pending on October 16.
I've lost easily 4 time this amount in this weiss casino, how can crypto withdrawal been so slow in this casino, we are not talking about bank draft but crypto transfert which should be instant or made in a few hours. 1650usdt is a medium not large withdrawal.
Who want to play in a casino taking several days or weeks to pay small or medium withdrawal ?
What's happening in case of large withdrawal 5k or 10k+ is it taking weeks or months.
I always play without bonus so reviewing a crypto withdrawal should be fast.

Weiss Casino - Delayed and limited withdrawal request
In total I made 5 deposits that went smoothly and each took maybe 30 seconds before the money landed at the Weissbet account.

After a few days I started the verification process and it got accepted in reasonable time. After that I wanted to make a withdrawal.

On the 7th of august I decided to make my first withdrawal, at that time I had around 2900 $ at my account and was planning to make a full withdrawal of that amount. The options I had choosing a ton of deposit options was no longer an option, instead there is only two withdrawal choices to be made. Either thru SEPA ( banktransfer ) or thru VISA/Mastercard. No problem I thought, that works for me.

So when trying to withdrawal the amount, I got an error message saying that I can withdrawal maximum 1186 $ thru SEPA or 500 $-something thru VISA/Mastercard.

So I contacted the agent support thru chat and asked them what is this about and why can´t I withdraw the amount of my choice, why is there a limitation? The answers I got was all over the place. Blaming the clients deposit provider, some nonsens policy they have ( but couldn't be found when reading on the policy pages ) etc. In the end I said alright, enough reading all these excuses, I'll just start the first withdrawal process with 1186 $ thru SEPA ( bank transfer ).

We've reached day 3 now with my withdrawal request still being in the "in progress stage" meaning Weissbet has still not even begin to handle the withdrawal, even though they have all the information they need to do so. I can still delete the withdrawal, which is what these kind of casinos want. Delay, delay, delay waiting for you to delete the withdrawal request and then start gambling again so that they can win the money back.

Reaching out to the casino a few minutes ago asking for some clarification on why my withdrawal request has still not been processed, the answers are once again really vague to say the least. Saying that "the withdrawal ACCEPTING process not only depend on Weissbet" but then go on to refuse answering who ells it depends on if not them.

In conclusion. 1. The casino have a ton of deposit options to choose from and it takes seconds to deposit money into the casino account. 2. The withdrawal process is limited of which options you can use. 3. The withdrawal process is limited to how much money you can withdraw. 4. The process is not being processed even though days have passed and you've proved everything they asked for.

I had no problem with Weissbet until I decided to make the first withdrawal request, which is the most important ask for a casino. Imo nothing ells matter if the casino doesn't handle the players withdrawal requests in a proper way.

Weiss Casino - Delayed crypto payment since February 27th

Hello,

27/02 I decided to join Weiss Casino and made 3 deposits through Ethereum for a total of 2213.09 USDT.

On the said day, I started my ETH withdrawal for a total amount of 3263.09 USDT.

However, since then, my withdrawal has been on the same status: "In Progress". (even though they advertise fast withdrawals)

I went through their KYC and got my identity verified instantly.

Every time I try and talk to the customer support, I get the same automated messages that it's in process and could be delayed due to external factors. However, it's a crypto withdrawal with kyc verification, so I don't understand how it can take this long... (Deposits go through instantly). I can't seem to get any update on an ETA for this,s and seeing other reviews online of people waiting weeks or longer, I'm really worried.

Could you help me with this, please?

Weiss Casino - Delayed crypto payment

Hi,

I have requested a withdrawal from Weiss casino 5 days ago. We are talking about crypto withdrawal which usually takes 10-15 minutes or 1 day on other sites, Weiss casino couldn't handle my withdrawal in 5 days.


I have asked the support many time about how is it going with the withdrawal, but all they answe is that it is "processing already". I highly doubt that it it processing, because if a crypto withdrawal is processing that is literally minutes to arrive. I am still able to cancel it, probably this is their trick to scam me to play more.


My account is verified and I played and risked my hard earned honest money. I don't think I deserve to be treated this way.


The amount of money isn't big, we are talking about 800$. Nothing crazy win, I have uploaded 200$ to their site.

I am reaching out to request your assistance in expediting my withdrawal of $4,000 USD, which I initiated on September 1st—nearly a month ago.

In recent months, the withdrawal times at Weiss Casino have significantly increased. In 2023, a $10,000 withdrawal would be processed within a day or two. Now, I consider myself fortunate if the €4,000 per week withdrawal limit, as stated in the casino's "Account, Pay-outs, and Bonuses" terms, is honored. According to their policy, Weiss reserves the right to split payments and process them in daily installments, not exceeding €4,000 per week (https://weiss.bet/apb).

On September 1st, I requested a withdrawal of $4,000 using the same USDT BSC method I have used for both deposits and previous withdrawals. My KYC was completed back in 2023, and I have successfully made several transactions since.

However, by September 11th, my request was still marked as "In progress." I contacted my VIP manager, who forwarded my request to expedite the transaction to the appropriate department, but no progress was made.

On September 16th, I followed up again, as my withdrawal had been pending for more than two weeks at this point. My VIP manager assured me that she had done everything possible to expedite the process, but it appeared she had limited control over the situation.

On September 19th, I reached out to the live support team, who could not assist and referred me back to my VIP manager. I also requested an explanation for the delay, but I am still awaiting a response.

On September 24th, after contacting my VIP manager once more, I expressed my desire to withdraw all my funds and mentioned that I would file a formal complaint if the issue was not resolved promptly. Remarkably, within 15 minutes of this message, I received an email requesting an additional "High Check" KYC. I promptly submitted the required documents, which were approved within 15 minutes. Despite this, I continue to wait.

It has now been four weeks, and the one-week payout deadline has long passed. I have not received any updates or explanations, and neither my VIP manager nor the support team has been able to resolve the delay.

I kindly request your assistance in contacting the casino to expedite the withdrawal process. Additionally, I would appreciate your help in ensuring that the withdrawal of my remaining balance (approximately $7,860) is processed smoothly and within a maximum of two weeks.

My experience with withdrawals was pretty standard. The first one took a bit of time, but there was no stress and everything went through correctly. After that, the process became faster, which gave me confidence that payouts here are handled properly. A lot of casinos ruin the experience at this stage, but Weiss didn’t.

I registered on Weiss carefully, because before this I had run into a few “one-day casinos”. Here at least things look more serious: verification is normal, they accepted my documents without circus and without ten extra requests. My first withdrawal was delayed, the second one was already faster, so it seems that after KYC the process became easier. I don’t expect miracles, but in terms of payouts there has been no drama so far. Pros: reasonable verification process, no absurd demands withdrawals became more stable after account verification decent range of payment methods and crypto gives the impression it’s not a project “for one week”.

I’ve been playing on Weiss for a few months now, not every day, more like evening sessions from time to time. What I enjoy most is that the site doesn’t freeze up, even when I have several slots open and a sports tab on top. The bonuses aren’t insane, but they’re not a scam either if you read the terms, everything is more or less clear. Nach ein paar Monaten Spielen kann ich sagen, dass Weiss ein solides Niveau hält. Es stürzt kaum ab, neue Spiele erscheinen regelmäßig. Anfangs war ich wegen der Lizenz aus Curaçao etwas unsicher, aber alles funktioniert einwandfrei und Auszahlungen kommen an. Außerdem ist es praktisch, dass man zwischen Slots und Sport wechseln kann, ohne mehrere Konten zu benötigen.
