Game selection and support are very user friendly, deposit options are Canadian friendly, the inter-phase is easy to navigate and there is no lagging while going through the site. I didn't deposit because of the bonus terms and general terms.
I suggest you read the bonus terms before you consider making a deposit. Probably the worst to date. $1 max bet if you take a bonus? I had never seen this before. All winnings would be seized if you bet over a dollar.
Permanent closure of the account was initiated immediately after opening the account.
Read the terms, there are other things in there that make no sense. Even if you do wager $1 max, they have a dozen other ways that you can accidentally violate their bonus terms. Don't ever take free spins...

Webby Slots is part of the Direx N.V Group of casinos. I think they are sister to the Euslots and Gunsbet if I am not mistaken. I do not see it now anymore, but I remember I joined them as they were part of the AskGamblers AG coin program.
I signed up through AskGamblers and claimed the 10-euro AG coin. Now AskGamblers stated that the AG coin needed to be wagered x1 however when I go the bonus, I saw the coin needed to be wagered x3. I contacted support which is actually quick to respond to confirm this and they said it needed to be wagered x3.
I then made touch with AskGamblers to inform them the information is incorrect regarding the AG coin in which they fixed it afterwards. It seemed to me at the time all AG coin at Direx N.V casinos have to be wagered x3.
Once the misunderstanding has been cleared up I started wagering. I mostly played Play N Go slots and, in the end,, I eventually finished wagering. The bonus had no max cash out as far as I understood it. Once I was done with wagering, I had 40 euro left at the time. I did not risk it and immediately requested a withdrawal.
I received an email my withdrawal was pending and await my documents. I logged in and immediately uploaded my documents. I think it took a few hours for verification to be completed. I think 5 hours after being verified I saw my withdrawal was approved and a few minutes later the money was in my E-wallet.
I like the fact that this casino did not need a security deposit in order to complete the withdrawal. They just send the winnings off, even though I had doubts something would go wrong.
I would recommend you give Webby Slots a chance as they are a great casino. My first deposit bonus was received no issues. Before making any more deposits I contacted customer support and asked for a daily deposit limit of $50 on my account. They advised they could only place a weekly limit to which I said fine and set one for 12 weeks. My 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th deposit bonuses were denied to me. I contacted support and they said I wasnt entitled to any match bonuses (which is strange as they had them on their website clearly advertised) Then I went to deposit more and it said I had reached my deposit limit which I thought I had set at $350 per week. I contacted support and they said my limit I had requested was $200 per week but they would raise it to $350. And they did. After again discussing the bonus issues with them they said to check my emails. I went through my email and yes I had in face said $200 per week although I hadn't realized and it also stated there that for any deposit limits to be changed as it does on their website it takes 48 hours. Well it took them 48 seconds. What kind of responsible gaming is that what is the point of having limits imagine if I was a compulsive and could just keep depositing and changing them wherever I felt! This is not right. But to them it is they completely ignore the fact. And $250 and no deposit match bonuses as advertised later I am offered 20 free spins. What a joke!
