I would like to provide an update regarding my withdrawal at Wazamba Casino.

I submitted a €840 withdrawal via bank transfer on Thursday evening at around 9 PM, and today is Friday, meaning over 8 calendar days / 6 business days have passed.

I have contacted support multiple times via email and live chat. I also asked whether I need to submit any documents for verification, and they confirmed that my account is fine for now.

The deposit was never a problem, and funds were credited instantly, but the withdrawal process is taking far too long. Despite this, I keep receiving the same generic responses, with no concrete timeframe or progress update. I have all screenshots of messages and the withdrawal request showing when it was submitted and their replies.

The withdrawal is still marked as “Under Review / Pending with Finance Department”.

I am posting this to document the situation and will update this comment once the withdrawal is completed

Wazamba Casino - Account inaccessible and withrawal missing

I have not been able to access my account since 16/6. Chat operator informs me it is closed for unknown reasons.

Since this I have been through a very long and stressful email correspondence leading nowhere.

23/6 they requested my bank details to do a "manual" processing of my funds. This is not my deposit method, and despite my trying to explain that norwegian banks do not accept transactions from casinos, they would not listen. Which is pretty weird, considering transactions are their job if you work in a payment team.

8/8 I gave them my bank details for a non-norwegian bank.

14/8 I received an email confirmation of the funds transferred to my bank.

Now almost 3 months later I have never received the funds. They refuse to acknowledge this. I sent proof with bank statement which I attached here.

They are also claiming my account is reopened, however I am not able to log into it. Probably had 10 rounds back and forth with the same boring stuff where I show the screenshot of the error message. Attaching this also. They also refuse to acknowledge this fact.

They have never given me insight to my account balance etc, despite my repeatedly requesting it.

I have tried absolutely everything, being as helpful and forward leaning as I can. But I am seeing no result.

My funds must be sent to my bank details or crypto address without further delay.

Wazamba Casino - Account restricted with no explanation

I deposited 500€ on August 19th, played for a couple of days, and was able to raise the balance up to 750€. At that point, I decided to withdraw my winnings, though when I was trying to create a withdrawal request, I got an error message saying that my account was restricted.

I've tried to contact the support service, but they gave no explanation of the restriction and have suggested I pass verification, though when I'm accessing the verification page, it says that verification is not required for me and thus doesn't provide me an option to pass it. I've made a few more attempts to contact support via email, but those were just ignored.

My casino account was closed while it still had a balance of €100. Since then, I have sent multiple messages requesting the withdrawal of these funds.

On June 3rd, the finance department informed me that the withdrawal would be processed manually. Since then, I have contacted the casino almost daily to follow up, but I have received no further updates.

At first, the casino claimed it had not received the required information by email; however, I have proof that the email was sent (and can provide it). Later, I was told the issue would be handled within 3 days. It is now June 15th, and I have been waiting for this withdrawal since May.

Hello, I am trying to close my account at all casinos, due to gambling problem. One of them is Wazamba, I have sent them multiple emails clearly showing my will to close my account. They do read the emails, in fact they even respond to some, but still with the same tactics: asking to confirm again, asking why. But even if I wrote that I cofirm or I write why, then nothing happens and I can start all over again. And then again they are going to ask me if to confirm, ask me why... I am of course sending as a proof the email conversation from this week, but I was already asking the same in April without no succes of closing the account. Dear AskGamblers,

I want to file a complaint for Wazamba Casino. I made a withdrawal request early on 21 of february now it's the 13th day and I still have no information about the payment it says only they are processing it. The amount was 400 EUR .

The company says it takes 1-3 days for the payment to be paid but this is delayed for no reason. The support keeps saying automatic message that they have a lot of requests and they are working on it. I really like the casino but this has made me very worried since is the first time I have played there and never experienced a delay like this before.

The diversity and amount of games they have. I also really like the extensive achievements program they have. U get rewarded for deposit, levels & playing specific games.

They don’t take AU dollars only euros. So I play here a lot less than at any other Australian dollar accepting casino. Deposited here many times already with no luck to withdraw

I thought I would just give an update since my last review. My account was verified quickly, to say I was the one who made errors with the cards. I spoke to live chat at the casino last night and they assured me that all was in order although as I requested a bank transfer it could take up to 7 days to process at their end.
I have just arrived home and received email to say my withdrawal is approved. I do not have anything negative to say about Golden Star as I am sure they processed everything as quickly as they could. Like a lot of players we tend to think we are the only one playing at the casino and expect speedy responses to all our requests immediately. I have learned to be patient and it always comes good in the end.
