Hello, I registered at this casino, made a deposit on January 14 for 250% cryptobonus, played it back, played a little more and stopped at 200 USD. I tried to put on a withdrawal and it gave out some kind of error, the support chat did not work and left this question the next day. On January 15, I wrote to the support chat about the withdrawal, they did something there and it was delivered, they also asked for verification to send them a driver's license, a screen of the deposit from the crypto wallet and a bank statement to confirm the address. I threw it all off right away, and immediately received a reply that the documents were accepted and reviewed within 48 hours. After this time, I contacted the support chat, they said the account was verified. The application was still waiting, I did not cancel it. On the 17th, I contacted the support chat again, I wanted to find out about the payment terms, for which they told me there was no exact time and assured me that the withdrawal would be executed as soon as possible. Another day passed and today, on January 18, I contacted the support chat again, I was again assured that they were working hard and I would receive the money as soon as possible. Today is January 23rd, money is not being paid, the support chat always responds with templates.

I requested a withdrawal one month ago after 5 crypto deposits of nearly the same amount of money I requested in my withdrawal. My account was already verified, I do not have multiple accounts. The same response template they are using for at least 20 other individuals with unpaid claims. I have yet to encounter a single person claiming they received money from this "business"

Hello. On the December 9th i have placed an withdrawal request in this casino. My account is validated and i have placed 1800€ for withdrawal. I have an open withdrawal from 06-12-2023.

It still says its pending right now.

I have submitted my KYC documents on that same day and got an email reponse.

It said they had acquired all the required documents for KYC and that it would take up to 48 hrs to verify my account.

Haven't had a response after that.

I contact their customer support live chat, only a couple of times.

Nothing, I would give 0 stars if I could. I am just writing this review to warn other players not to gamble there because they do not pay out winnings.

The casino did not pay out my withdrawal of 900€. They did not respond to the askgamblers.com complaint I issued. After the complaint was unsuccessfully closed, the casino rating did not go down. Do not play in this casino - your money is gone forever after the deposit, no matter what you do.
